Obama Lawsuit is now at the Supreme Court - News Blackout Continues

Well, it has now been over 30 days since the news blackout began regarding any mainstream media coverage of most important legal/constitutional issue facing this nation in this century- the eligibility of a President Elect to be elected by the Electoral College on December 15, 2008.
The President Elect has fought lawsuits from his "supposed" birthplace in Hawaii, to several states throughout the United States -for ONE reason- to prevent Americans from seeing his original Vault Copy of his Birth Certificate. Why has a man running for president chosen to fight every lawsuit with a request to "Dismiss" the lawsuits asking for a public copy of his birth certificate?
Ladies and Gentlemen, I am not a radical, nor am I opposed to Senator Obama being elected as our President as long as he is constitutionally qualified as a natural born citizen of the United States (Article 2 of our Constitution). Why I ask anyone, would a man running for President - who has a degree in Constitutional Law- fight in courts around the country to prevent the viewing of his original vault certified copy of his birth certificate if he does not have something to hide?

Latest Legal Update:
1. This case is STILL sitting before the Supreme Court with a Writ of Certiorari (Case 08-570)
Obama has until December 1st, to answer the Writ with proof that he is a natural born U.S. Citizen.
2. November 18th, Andy Martin's Lawsuit before the Supreme Court of the State of Hawaii requesting an original copy of Obama's birth certificate.
3. Numerous cases now filed throughout the United States
4. An open letter -There is a group of citizens collecting money to try to run a full page in the USA today asking Obama to simply prove his eligibility to be elected president on December 15th. 5. Remember, he has NOT been elected President yet, we did not vote for Obama on Nov 4th, we voted for Electors in each state to represent us on the real election December 15th. It is very likely that between the Supreme Court and other court actions we may see a disqualification of Obama prior to his election to be president.

6. We still face another deadline of January 6th before another qualification milestone would be reached. If on January 6, 2009 a member of the House and Senate jointly submit an objection to the Electoral vote, (a "Determination of Controversy") then the House and Senate must retire and consider the challenge to the vote. If he is qualified and proves to the American people he is qualified, we will support him as our duly elected President.

And of course- not ONE word of these lawsuits on CNN or Fox or any mainstream media.
America is becoming a Fascist State right under our noses and very few seem to notice.
However, there are millions of people like me that want free press and want to see the truth about a President Elect.
