Tulsa Oklahoma has just endured the largest recorded earthquake- 5.6 Wow!. Call it a coincidence, but we had a 5.2 earthquake on the same day- within barely 24 hours of when earth was just hit with one of the largest solar flares recorded. Now- for a further coincidence,- within exactly 24 hours of one of the largest recorded solar flares, Japan experienced their largest earthquake in history including the largest Tsunami that killed thousands back in March.
Now, lets look at another recent record breaking earthquake- Haiti - on January 20th, 2011. 6.1, major damage to the country. This quake was preceded exactly 24 hours before with the largest solar flare to hit earth in the previous 2 years.

Today I heard the news come across the radio- Kadafi- that evil "dictator" is dead- "yeah- this is great news". My reaction on the other hand was exactly the opposite. I was saddened to learn of his death. You see, what most radio commentators and media personalities and unfortunately our inept President do not understand is the Middle Eastern mindset. What we have just succeeded in doing is simply this- We just bombed and killed the very man in Libya that was keeping the Muslims in check with their behavior. I have been over to that part of the world numerous times and one thing I have learned is that these countries that are near 100% Islamic populations absolutely must have a dictator type ruler.
Now I don't care for these types of leaders- please don't get me wrong, but what happens after the U.S. intervenes in the power seat for an Islamic country is that the radical Muslim groups will inevitably come to power whenever there is power vacuum. When this vacuum is created, it will be filled quickly with radicalized Muslims.
Think for a moment about what our inept President started with this illegal war . Our President ignored the real growing global threat in Iran, saw Kadafi in Libya and decided to start an illegal war in Libya- by the way - without any congressional approval.
Obama actually decided to bomb Libya until he toppled Kadafi's government, helped the rebels, then kept targeted airstrikes going until he personally executed Kadafi and his sons. He did this with media buy in- that he was helping the world by getting rid of a bad guy. Again, I did not favor Kadafi's leadership record, but who is our President that he can simply make this call and bomb Libya until he kills the head of the country and topples the government?
Mark this day in history, - we just further destabilized the region - just like Obama did with Saudi Arabia. Soon we will seen Muslim rebels taking over Libya and we will learn the magnitude of this mistake.

Latest Update on fraud of the the Presidency

It has been several months now since I have posted regarding the biggest fraud/cover up in American history. Actually, I do not even like to think about it, but some things - especially those that are related to truth getting out- just never go away.

So, how about the latest regarding the fraud extended to the White House? Well, as you've probably seen, there is now a "long form" birth certificate being circulated around the globe. Of course this newly presented certificate is immersed in its on controversy from experts denying its authenticity to others simply questioning why it can't at least have a raised seal verifying it is a real long birth certificate. I have my own personal feelings since this man spent over a million dollars and two years hiding this from the public, but that is another story for another time.

Where are we exactly? Well, as the media is doing such a wonderful job of continuing the news blackout and cover up- the legal battle pushes on. The latest? A very nasty lawsuit is currently underway with the third circuit court of appeals- and of course, you sure did not hear that on CNN or Fox, or any other mainstream media outlet. You might be asking yourself- if there is all this controversy about Obama's eligibility- then why is it not in the media right now?

My personal opinion is that the day before this court battle over Obama's eligibility - we suddenly found ourselves with the largest story of this decade- the death of Osama Bin Laden, and of course- no body to go with it. Now, I have never been overly zealous of conspiracy theories, but come on , after a few years- some of us can catch on to the timing of global events. At least the presumed death of Osama was at least 50 years to the day of the other greatest tyrant of the 20th century- Adolph Hitler. Honestly- come on now- what reporter in his/her right mind would even consider peaking under the hood of the fraud of the Obama Presidency with this story going on right now? Before the Osama story hit, 60% (give or take) of this country doubted Obama's eligibility. Then, the story hit 48 hours before one of the biggest courtroom battles in our history- eligibility of a sitting fraudulent president. What a genius way to kill the momentum of 60% of the country questioning a fraud in the Whitehouse?

Ok- so here is where we really are- Obama is NOT Constitutionally qualified to serve as President of the United States- period. He has told us so himself by producing a birth certificate showing his father was NOT a U.S. Citizen and his mother was under 21 years old- thus she could not confer even half of his citizenship. Obama is a British subject- not a "natural born" U.S. citizen with both parents being U.S. citizens. Now- less you run over to Wikipedia and go to start learning about "natural born citizen" please be prepared - Wiki editors in the last 10 days since the new coverup - have edited out- washed all the real "Vatel- like" information on the meaning of "natural born citizen". Forget Emmerich Vattel's work -"Law Of Nations" regarding Natural born citizen- its been wiped now from Wikipedia. Wiki has literally changed their definition of "natural born citizen" supposedly to limit national debate and controversy over the subject. Sounds like a great movie idea to me!

So, we have a man sitting in Pennsylvania Avenue- occupying the highest office in the land that has deceived our nation while he re-constructs our nation with the media complicit to his crime. Documents prove- he has multiple social security numbers, a father who was a British Citizen- visiting the U.S. at the time of Barack's birth- who conveyed British Citizenship to Barack the moment he was born. Barack could just as easily fly to London and claim he is legal to hold office over there- saying his father was a British Citizen at his birth- and he just happened to be born in the U.S. You see the mess we are in?

As another side note- why the controversy anyway? Well, as a student of scripture, I cannot get Deuteronomy 17:15 out of my mind regarding the general concept of who a county lets lead its people. I am convinced that our founders- being deeply religious men and women who had an excellent grasp on scripture, took into consideration both this scriptural principle and utilized the work of Vattel's "Law Of Nations" when they helped frame our Constitution. Make no mistake about it- the very core of our nation's founding is at the heart of Biblical principles, from the rights of man, to personal responsibility.

I could write on this subject for thousands of pages, but honestly I have a life and this subject does not consume it. I just want to post a quick update for those of you who cannot get rid of this nagging feeling that something is wrong with our country choosing a fraud for a President. Actually, we have citizen of a foreign country, educated in Indonesia, raised by clearly communist/socialist parental figures posing as a "natural born citizen" as president. It is hard to call them parents as he had several fathers from nationalities- other than the United States. He never had a father that was a citizen of the U.S. He is a child of the world. That is why he does not make decisions that we as Americans can truly understand. He is NOT an American, was not raised by an American, was not raised in America, was not educated in America, at least until college years- but we really don't know that because he has sealed all his college records! This man is a shadow. He can come and go- and become what is politically expedient for the sake of his ambitions.

The sooner we as Americans wake up and realize how we have been deceived, the sooner we can understand the true motives of someone who wants to take America apart- piece by piece. I have travelled to some of the countries that this man is wanting us to become like- and I can assure you- you don't want to live there. Slowly and surely, this man , by presidential proclamation, by edict, by any means necessary, political bullying is tearing our country apart as we sit idly by, and the media is complicit.

Enough of my tirade- just a brief for your consideration.

New Update on "Birthgate" the fraud of the Obama Presidency

Several new developments have unfolded in "birthgate" the largest fraudulent cover-up in U.S. history. First, the U.S. Supreme Court once again denied a lower Federal Courts ruling that the case should not be granted any merits. The case was "Kerchner vs. Obama". Of course thanks to the media, this one was buried deep. It was even hard to find off the scotus blog or the U.S. Supreme Court website. No wonder though, as I predicted almost 3 years ago, this is simply too much of a hot potato even for the Supreme Court to look into. For example: let's say the court looked at the real merits of the case (which they never have) and found out that Obama is a fraud and not eligible. Now what do they do? If this were to hit the media, there could be national riots of epic proportions. There are such powers at play here that I would not want to be a Supreme Court judge that was caught in this ruling. Sad day in America when we are afraid of national justice.

The second significant development is in regard to the new governor of Hawaii; that according to one website- "has thrown in the towel" - see www.obamareleaseyourrecords.com.
No wonder though- a birth certificate does not exist. The cartoon that he is an "undocumented worker" may be growing in popularity!

The third significant development this week is that most national radio talk show hosts (even far right) have run from this controversy and only a handful of times chimed in over the past 4 years. Well, Rush Limbaugh this week jumped back into the fray. Thanks Rush. I had more or less given up on you helping us all get to the truth. I was entertained by a recent comment by Rush though. In the context of our country being able to keep private national security documents safe, Rush said something like: "If we really want to keep things private, we should hide them where Obama is hiding his birth certificate." Update on the fraud of Barack Obama Presidency

I have not updated on the illegal election of Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro in a few months. Of course, I am sure that my blog along with others will simply put me in the camp with the "birthers". Well, I am just a middle class guy-married for over 34 years to the same gal. I am a parent and grandparent. I am active in my local community, out there trying to make a bit of a difference for good. I do volunteer work in several local organizations, I try to be honest, and mind my business. I am a volunteer Youth Pastor in my community, just a regular guy.

I just happen to have a keen sense of smelling fraud and deceit and have just a bit of skeptic in me when it comes to a media machine that is trying to feed me something that doesn't seem right. I have a man serving in the highest office in the land- that is fighting in Federal Courts all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court to keep America from finding out where he was born. I have a problem with that, and I bet millions of Americans would too if the media did not label us lunatics. Honestly, I think it is lunatic for a President to pull such a fraud. I wish I could convey a bit of humor in all of this, but my grandson had to produce a birth certificate to play soccer in a local team, but I have what appears to be at best, an illegal immigrant serving in the White House. This is pretty wild irony, you have to admit.

Here is the latest: The new governor of Hawaii (who is finally getting pulled into this) is admitting he cannot find an original long form birth certificate which would verify this "individual" was born in Hawaii. Of course he can't! His Father was a British citizen, every indication is that he was born to a British Citizen in another country, raised in Indonesia, popped back into America just in time to get some nice way out "radical" training by some of America's great far left geniuses. Wake up folks. That's why Barack Obama has been fighting successfully for 3 years to keep this out of court so he could re-vamp America. How do you go back and say "rewind" three years after you find a fraud in the White House people?

At the time of the recording of the "live birth" in Hawaii, their law allowed a foreigner (not an American for those of you not up to speed) to have a baby outside of the state- even in another country and then when they arrived in Hawaii they could apply to the state for a "certificate of live birth" so they would have at least some documentation that a child had shown up on their shores, or had come in on a plane with no "papers" - such as our President. Now, this would provide a record of a live birth to Hawaii vital records. This was no proof whatsover that someone was truly a native Hawaiian or an American. This was not a "birth certificate" because they weren't "born" in Hawaii or in a hospital, it was simply a record that a birth had taken place somewhere- even in another country and they wanted to register the child in Hawaii. A long form birth certificate on the other hand, would have the name of the hospital where a baby was born, the name of the delivering doctor, and the name of the parents.

Furthermore, checking the court records, he is using taxpayer dollars to fight all lawsuits challenging that he is not a natural born citizen of the United States. Of course there is debate over whether he spent $700,000.00 or well over $1,000,000.00 in legal fees simply to prevent any American from seeing his birth certificate. I wonder why? All this needless effort to keep any of his court battles from seeing the light of day.

We "birthers" really are on to something, because, any time something is really true- it just won't go away. Each of the court cases was challenged by Obama saying none of those filing suit had legal standing to demand for him to prove he was a natural born citizen. Well, now- the mainstream media may be picking up on this after all. By the way, not to be redundant, but read some of my previous blogs back all the way to before the election. This has been a long battle since this man is still a "mystery" to us all. Everything about him is "sealed". Check me out- prove me wrong. Everything from his childhood after he came back from Indonesia, all the way to how he financed college to any college records, to any thing. Do some research on his social security numbers. I would be in prison if I had done any one of the things this man has been doing for years. Any way, not to go on and on and on, but please join me at least in taking a few hours to check me out and see if I along with hundreds of thousands of other "Americans" aren't really onto the greatest fraud in American history.

Holiness, Christians and body "Carving"

I have been deeply disturbed over the past few years, especially more recently as I have observed what I would refer to as an epidemic sweeping the American evangelical Christian population. The behavior is tatooing and body carving/body piercing. I have been involved in prison ministry from time to time in my lifetime, plus spent years around the military in Camp LeJeune North Carolina and Naval Station San Diego. I have seen one or two tatoos in my life time. I have traveled the world, been to literally hundreds of international cities around the world. I have seen or two tatoos in these places as well. I have never looked at a person and "judged" that they are righteous, unrighteous, nor do I particularly care, except that historically tatoos have shown up on prisoners "the typical prison tats" and I have seen more than one ocassion where the old military guy regrets getting that tat from having a bad night with one too many. That's all to be expected. I have seen people repent of their sins and come to Christ and they still have their tatoos. I can live with that as I know how difficult it is to get rid of those things.
What deeply disturbs me is this. Right inside the body of Christ, right in our "Sunday School" classes, youth groups, we have an epidemic of "believers" that have fallen victim to this epidemic and have been violating their bodies. Scripture isn't really vague on the subject, but there does seem to be considerable debate regarding whether Christians should be involved in this activity. So without preaching or beating people on the head with rules and regulations, I would ask - if this has historically been a "pagan" practice, should God's people be flocking to this type of activity.
May God's people rise up and ask themselves, "how can I live a life of Holiness before a Holy God"?. Paul said it best when he said if anything in my behavior will cause another person to stumble, I will back off on my personal desires and practice deference in the Christian faith.

Obama Eligibility still quietly going before the Courts

I have not posted for several months regarding the greatest fraud in American history- that of the illegal presidency of Barry Soetoro aka Barack Obama. Since it has never been honestly reported to the American people, I tend to follow the real thread of the lawsuits and arguments regarding this fascinating coverup. Of course as you may note by my previous posts regarding this subject, I have always quoted the actual case/docket numbers and noted key attorneys in the suits. And there have been plenty of suits filed over the past two years. A quick summary for those of you that may pick up on this blog and think that they have run across another crazy "birther":

1. The lawsuits are still alive and being filed as I predicted they would be about two years ago.
2. The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to consider any of these cases, yet not one time has a State Court, a Federal Court, or the U.S. Supreme Court ruled against any of the plaintiffs on the merits of the case. They have all ruled that the plaintiffs do not have standing to sue in court to prove an imposter is not constitutionally qualified to serve as President. Apparently no one in America has "standing" to question in court for the "presumed" President to prove he is an American citizen.
3. President Obama has now spent approximately $500,000 of his own money to fight these cases in court to keep his birth certificate from public view.
4. Now that he is president, he is using taxpayer dollars and the Justice Department to do his fighting for him to keep America from learning his true identity.

The latest court case before the U.S. Supreme Court (no thanks to the media) is U.S. Supreme Court docket number 10A56 which came before the court again on July 8th, 2010 and was denied once again on August 16, 2010. I have numerous posts regarding this fraud which cite docket numbers, dates, attorneys etc, all of which the mainstream media has blacked out all this time. A great deal of it gets whitewashed or scrubbed by the search engines, so you have to be diligent to grab the info on these docket numbers while the ink is still wet or you would never know a real legal battle is still going on.

Of course, just as I predicted, the courts have refused to consider the case, the media keeps it covered up, and what coverage does leak out, the writers are vilified. Meanwhile, America is undergoing a revolution without a shot being fired. Those of us who know history will hardly recognize America within 12 months - the revolution is moving so fast.

You see, we are seeing it on several fronts. We have an economic revolution, a political revolution, and a religious revolution taking place under our noses- The revolutionary leader is a man with no past. He is a president who has hidden his birth certificate, college records, college loan information, and who denies that he was born a subject of the British Crown. Wow.

Why Allowing Same Sex Marriage Can Bring an End to America

I have watched the debate over homosexual behavior and the militant homosexual community fight American values for several years in an attempt to wear down our national resistance to homosexual behavior. Now, after approximately thirty years of efforts, the militant homosexual community has in fact succeeded in making progress in convincing many Americans that they should let go and allow the this militant community to win the battle. Honestly, we are about thirty to fifty years ahead of where I thought we might be by now, but sometimes sin and decadence in a society can seem to escalate at a much faster rate than one might predict.

Why you might ask is this whole issue of homosexual marriage being recognized such a big deal, and why are the passions so aligned against it or for it? The answer is actually quite simple. For those of us that believe in moral absolutes and a standard of moral law set up by Almighty God, we see that if we allow the militant homosexual community to win the battle to allow this despicable behavior to be completely legitimized by the state, then we know that America will have completely turned its back on moral law and moral absolutes and our country will no longer rely on the Judeo-Christian ethic as its basis for moral law.

You shrug at my observation thinking I am taking this too seriously or perhaps too paranoid? Allow me to let you know the real agenda of this group. The real agenda of this group is to erase the idea or national conscience of a god, and to completely eradicate the concept of the Judeo-Christian ethic from our culture.

In doing so, they must make Christianity a national crime and must make Christians look like the real criminals. They are actually involved in a national scheme to make Christian teaching and behavior a threat to our own national safety. They are aggressively working to re-structure our legal system so that if a Christian uses the Bible to show that someone practicing homosexual behavior is committing a "sin" and we make them experience guilt, that then our bringing to them a sense of guilt or remorse over their behavior may make them feel bad about themselves, or worst come up with suicidal feelings. If a Christian makes them feel that way, then the Christian they feel must hate them, consequently they feel the Christian is a threat to our future society and a threat to the safety of our homosexual community. The current hate crime legislation before the Senate is a prime example of the next step in their strategy to destroy America as we know it, to destroy freedom of speech, destroy freedom of religion, and to destroy our nation's ability to self- sustain.

We will essentially be involved in the next civil war, instead of the war being waged over states rights versus the Federal Government, the war will be waged on two fronts. The first front will be militant homosexual community (sodomites taking the lead) versus those who adopt a Biblical Worldview. The second front will be those who resist the soon to be formed Federal laws that will trump state law and thus pit a large percentage of the population against its own Federal Government. This will be a tricky war indeed because the bulk of it will be spent with old fashioned human suffering, imprisonment, and much civil disobedience.

The appointment of the gay activist Kevin Jennings this week by Barack Hussein Obama (our as yet to be legally vetted President) to head up the safety of our national public school system is a logical outcome of this kind of thinking. This is one of the founders of the most militant sodomite community in the country" GSLEN"" and he has been appointed to help "protect" our children? Wow!

You see in our two hundred year history, our country has historically (up until the last twenty years or so) based our laws on the Ten Commandments and the Bible. (Consult the book "The history of the Civil and Christian Institutions of the United States) Once can see the moral law is defined in virtually every state constitution in this country. We have historically contended as a nation that there was a diving being- Almighty God that instituted divine law and directed for his law to be written in a book- "The Bible", that certain behaviors were acceptable and certain were non-acceptable. Furthermore, certain behaviors were so destructive to a society that they were considered "abominations" and for much of history carried along with them the penalty of death. Homosexual behavior has historically been recognized as an "abomination" in any society and throughout the world, many countries provide the death penalty for this behavior. Over half the world still has the death penalty for this crime against nature. Consequently, throughout history this behavior has had a way of wiping itself out between civil punishment and disease and these individuals never made it to the mainstream of any given society.

Now, if you do not believe in a god, and you resent anyone in your country using legislation to control your morality, then if you can rid yourself of the source of the moral code, you can re-write the laws any way you wish. It is strange how we you observe history, you see this new "behavior" in America is nothing new it has surfaced in societies all the back to the days of Sodom. Perhaps the writings of French writer Descartes may shed more historical light on this subject than anything else. Descartes carried this concept to its logical ends in his writings just prior to the bloody French Revolution. He took rationalism and godless humanism to its next logical ends. He wrote that there was no god, and there should be no moral absolute. There should be no law governing behavior at all and certainly the state should not base law on an absolute from someone named "God". Sounds a bit familiar now, like the sodomite community has started re-printing his writings.

Now, lets take this a step further. As Descartes taught and wrote-, if you can eliminate moral absolutes from a society, then you can pretty much hand pick and come up with whatever law you want to implement.
If we have no Ten Commandments and no God that has instituted moral law, then man is the creator and master of law and whatever man- or the government wants to decree as legal and illegal is just fine.

Now, take this a step further than Descartes did. Say- you live in Germany in 1939, your country has abandoned moral divine law (as Germany had done). There is no basis for right or wrong; no moral code except laws passed by the state. One day, due to Darwinian evolutionary concepts, the State passes a law that a Jew is a lesser form of human life and is a weaker species in the evolutionary chain. The government sees this weaker species as a threat to the future of a super race, and thus passes laws that these "things" sub- humans, must be eliminated.
Then when Germany as a state under the leadership of Hitler started arresting this subset of the human race and began to imprison these people, everyone said - well - we are a country based on "the rule of law" and we must obey the state. The state says to arrest these people and the state says to send six million people to the gas chamber for a horrid death. Everyone seemed to blindly follow the state to murder millions of people. Except- and here is the big one- in Germany there had re-categorized murder- because- there was no particular divine rule of law that gave the country a fixed rule of what was or was not murder. Since the state was the basis for law, and the state created the entire basis of law-, then the state was the final authority on what was murder, what was killing, etc.

Apply this to our country now. We have very small percentage of people that have a behavior problem that has resulted in a sexual addition called sodomy- (politically correct- "gay") although there is nothing "gay" about it. So in our country, we have this group of people with a certain behavior that the Bible unmistakeably declares is "immoral" is "despicable" is an "abomination" is "unnatural behavior" and these people want to continue defending this behavior. What do they do? There is only one thing to do. You must go to the source of the problem which is the Bible and erase its teachings from our moral consciousness and declare that this is how they were born. )Although modern science surely has not found a "gay gene". I think we can all say that there is lust, there is adultery, there is murder, there is lying, there is gossip, there is according to the creator of moral law- a crime against nature called - sodomy, or homosexual behavior.

I am not a scientist, but I know human behaviour and after having lived on earth for over a half a century I know something about human behavior. A human is capable of just about anything because we are born with a depraved heart and we are capable of growing up and becoming a murderer, a thief, a robber, a rapist, an adulterer, and yes, if we tire of adultery and sexual immorality and thumb our nose up at the divine creator, we can degenerate to a worse lifestyle whereby we exchange natural behavior for un-natural behaviour and then once our conscience is seared that way, yes we can degenerate to- sodomite behavior.. Once someone has committed murder and crossed that line, they know they have crossed a line. Once someone has committed adultery, they have crossed a line. Once someone experiments with sexual behaviour outside of the way we were designed, they open themselves up to new sexual perversions. The one in question in this essay is homosexual perversion.

Now please understand something. Since I am looking at this from a historical and Biblical worldview, I am telling this like it is. This is a behaviour issue- a behavior problem. There is no such thing per-se as a homosexual or for that matter heterosexual. I say again- read my words carefully: there is no such thing per-se as a homosexual, you are not born a homosexual, you descend in sin to a point where you commit the sin of homosexual behavior, and you may be plagued with that temptation just as some are plagued with the temptation to commit adultery.

We are born as male and female and it has been that way for six thousand years of recorded human history and we are born with a nature to sin. There is homosexual behavior, and were it not for the sodomite movement in the first place, we would not even use the term "heterosexual". I am a male and I was born to be attracted to females as part of the creative design of the creator. A female is naturally attracted to a male. It actually kind of makes sense doesn't it. Now, if I violate the moral code enough, I am capable- yes I am capable of committing the act of sodomy. If I violate the moral code, I am also capable of committing murder. I am capable of violating the moral code and committing adultery. So anyone according to the Biblical worldview is capable of any kind of behavior if they sear their conscience enough and destroy their ability to know right from wrong.

That is why if we allow our county to degenerate to the point of adopting homosexual marriage on a national or even partially national scale, we will have to have turned our back on enough moral law that we no longer can use the Bible as our source of law. If you have no moral law for what is a marriage except what a group of militants manages to convince the state to allow, then what is our next step? If you have no basis for moral law, then why not allow two men and one woman to become married. Where is the basis for that law. Why not two men and two women? What if two sodomite men want to marry two immoral indecent women? What kind of marriage covenant would that be? Where do you stop. Do you allow a human to marry their pet? Do you remove laws affecting bestiality? There are already petitions arising for people to be able to marry their pets. Where does it stop if you have no fixed moral code, no moral law. Mark my words, if our country does not stop this national sin and change its ways, our country will be unrecognizable morally within 12 months from now based on our current rate of adopting perversions and turning our backs on moral law.

If just a few Bible believing Christians and pastors would put their foot down and stand firm against this national insidious movement, we might have a chance to free our country of this scourge, but more than likely we are headed in the same direction of Germany at the beginning of World War II

One closing comment. As a Christian, I am called to love the person caught up in sodomy or homosexual sin. I am no better than this person, it is by the grace of Almighty God and my obedience to his moral code that I have not delved into this behavior. I do not hate any of these people, even those who hate me and hate what I stand for. I do not hate those practicing homosexual sodomy who want to destroy our country, but I do hate their wicked behavior as does a just God. I wish for goodness and kindness on these people. I wish for deliverence from this this perversion for these people just as Ted Haggard said he is praying for deliverence from his temptations for this sin. I am not a hater, but you can take take it to the bank, that a practicing militant homosexual will have no problems hating me or what I have said.- And I know why- because it exposes their sinful behavior and gets it out into the light where they do not want to fight that kind of battle.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I have not posted on this historic subject but every few weeks for the simple reason that it can consume a person's life. I have to distance myself from the unbelievable situation our country faces over the the largest hoax in American history. If one digs into the corruption, the crime, the cover ups, and the high crimes being committed by the persons responsible for covering up Barack Obama's qualifications, it can literally become a full time job. Of course an incredible irony of all this is that the mainstream media has also been complicit in this historic crime perpetrated against the American people.
If you check beneath the "surface" of the mainstream media just one layer closer to the truth, you can check out these facts quite easily. Just keep tabs on the Supreme Court, I can assure you that Chief Justice Roberts is now quite involved in this "situation" as well as Justice Scalia. There is apparently a criminal investigation unfolding in the Supreme Court regarding high crimes, fraud, theft of property, and likely numerous other crimes. A citizen's grand jury has now issued an indictment to President Obama, the Justice department is aware of the issues, numerous other local, state and Federal lawsuits have continued to be filed.
All of this is because Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Obama refuses to prove his eligibility to occupy the highest office in the land. I simply ask everyone, to keep up the vigil, check out the facts, follow the leads, follow logic.

It has been several months now since I have written about the continuing controversy - "Constitutional crisis" regarding the illegal election of Barack Hussein Obama. But-- just for the record, the lawsuits are still piling up, the list of honorable service men, decorated veterans, current and former military officers are now joining in lawsuits challenging the qualifications of the illegally elected President.

Again, the issue here is the demand for this man to produce just one item- just one that would prove he is qualified to serve as our President- a plain- original vault original birth certificate- not the false short version posted on line by "an Internet group sympathetic to the Obama presidency- "factcheck.org"

So- the "crisis" continues, hundreds of thousands of Americans just want to know - Mr. President-will you please just show us your vault original birth certificate once and for all to shut down this ridiculous challenge? Oh , I forgot,- you can't or you will be "outed"! That is why you have your high powered law firm working tirelessly to keep anyone in America from ever seeing your original birth certificate. If it ever sees the light of day- you would be exposed to the American people.

Read this carefully- Mr. Obama has hired a very expensive lawfirm to fight in court- to keep the American people from seeing his birth certificate!. Because, they have put threats in writing - that if we continue to pursue asking a court to look at Obama's original birth certificate- that Obama's legal team may file a countersuit against them to bankrupt them!! American people- I am not a conspiracy theorist. I just want a court- any court in America to look - just one time at Mr. Obama's birth certificate and rule if he is qualifies as a "natural born" citizen of our country. Go to the Supreme Court website and check out the long list of suits, read up on the heroic efforts of great American heroes like Orly Taitz, Alan Keyes, Gary Kreep, The United States Justice Foundation team, Leo Donofrio, Gail Lightfoot, Phil Berg, and many others. The list goes on and on. Spend 30 minutes educating yourself before you show the world your ignorance on this subject. The mainstream media has succeeded in keeping it out of daily sight.

So What Now - American Christian?

American or Christian? - Or American Christian? - Or Christian Ambassador to America and other nations? Just what am I? You see, I am convinced that as an American having been born in this country, I have embedded in my worldview the blending of Christianity and American Nationalism whether I want to admit it or not. I was born in this country, but I was raised for years in Europe and now that I have reached adulthood, I have traveled the world to enough countries that I have been through two Passports and two Passport "Expansions" (those extra pages they insert in your Passport after you have been to about 40 or 50 countries). As I have visited these countries, I have always felt like I was an "alien" in that country, perhaps in other words- "visitor" or perhaps "Ambassador", but in any case, each and every time I was in a foreign country, there was not a moment that went by that I did not know that it was not "my country".

Now, here is the question I am considering. Could it be that I have merged my Christian belief system with a 21st century kind of American Nationalism? You see, on the one hand, I have an owner's manual- The Bible that reminds me that I am an to be an "alien" to this world, that I am an "Ambassador" from the kingdom of Heaven and that I should remember my real nationality.

Why would I ponder these questions you might ask? Well, I believe that we as Americans have enjoyed roughly two hundred years of citizenship in a country that we considered a "Christian" nation. I must understand that those days are behind us now. It is now transition time. Not only must we understand that "our" (see what I mean!) nation is not a Christian nation, but we must come to terms with the concept that more than likely from this point forward, there will be a continuing and growing animosity toward Christians in this nation. The dawn of each new day is going to bring us more news of an "American" that was "persecuted" for his or her Christian beliefs. We will see it growing exponentially in the educational circles since these institutions have become completely sanitized of Christian belief systems. More and more High School, and College students will find themselves persecuted for bringing their Biblical Worldview into the classroom.
This will not be the only battle ground however, although it was one of the first battlegrounds to be lost. We have seen it shift into the job-place and now the final bastions- the church and the home are beginning to suffer losses. Why could I say this? Easy. Take any viewpoint we may have- then put it up against what our godless government has now begun to force into the schools, the marketplace, the church, or the home and you will understand where this is headed. How long will it be before a Christian father is criminally prosecuted for "Biblically" spanking a child? Answer- it already has happened in Little Rock, Ar. How long will it be before a sexually immoral woman "lesbian" sues in court to share custody for a child that is not hers? Answer -it has already happened. How long will it be before a church refuses to allow to two sexually immoral women to marry and then be sued? Answer- it has already happened.

Do you see what I mean? America as I knew it, the America I grew up with and introduced to my children and grandchildren is not the America we live in today. Certain Supreme Court rulings in the 1940's have finally come full circle to destroy state's rights and subsequently the rights of individuals and churches within those states to enjoy the religious freedoms within those states. You combine that cycle with a national militant sodomite movement, a Socialist for a President, and a Congress and Senate that is non-representative of our Founding Father's initiatives and what do you end up with? What we have now for an "America"

So, what now? Do I suggest any kind of "activism" to attempt to thwart the end result of this trend? I used to think so. Now, I believe I must consider the mandate of the founder of Christianity. Did he encourage violence toward the "state"? No. Did he encourage overthrowing the state? No. Did he not try to teach us that our citizenship is not of this world? After all, history teaches us that in over two thousand years since Christ was on earth, the state got it wrong every time. Did he not remind me over and over of a higher law? Did he not remind me over and over that I must be about the business with every ounce of my being to be about the Master's business of changing lives- one person at a time in the name of Jesus Christ? Did he not remind me in the book of Jude that with some I am to have "compassion" and others that I am literally to "pluck" them from the fire?
I believe there are enough people out there that will carry on the fight to try to bring the country back to its earlier principles. But I am now convinced more than ever that in the past I have become complacent with my "American" Christianity and now it is time to wake up and be about the Master's business. The more and more I read from the "Operator's Manual" the more I understand that in my short time on this earth, I am to feed the hungry, visit those in jail/prison, minister to the widows, love the unloved and as I breath my last breath - I should be investing in the kingdom by telling others of the wonderful story of redemption.

I could write tirelessly on this subject, but for now- I must get my rest for tomorrow brings a day for me- not one of violence, or killing, or terrorism, but none other than loving my neighbor as myself, trying to tell and show love to anyone I encounter and telling others about the redemption that is possible through the Lamb of God.

Quick critique of "The Shack"

Last week during a banquet, our table guests recommended I read a book named The Shack. My wife had heard of it and said she would like me to read it- she thought it might be controversial and since I see life from a "Biblical World View" she would like my observations regarding the book.

I first believed the book was "OK" but now I am having reservations about the book in light of looking at it from the standpoint of "Cosmic Spiritualism" so for now I am reserving judgement. I have seen articles from conservative "Biblical Worldview" Christians that are really concerned about the book and its misleading story lines. I may have read the book too quickly to give a decent "Theological" look at the book. I can say unequivocally, you MUST read the "Forward" and the "Afterward" in the book or you may stumble or be misled. The author makes it clear that most of the book is full of metaphors, symbols, and "a dreamy- vision".
For now- I would say simply be VERY careful about reading the book. I am going to re-read it in light of what appears to be a clever mixture of Cosmic Spiritualism with Christianity which is a dangerous direction for our modern authors to take.

It has now been ten days since America held its first illegal inauguration of a U.S. President. We have now fallen victim to the greatest fraud in American history. The Congress, the previous Vice President, the United States Supreme Court, many Federal Judges, many Secretaries of State, the Democratic National Committee, and the mainstream media have all materially assisted in perpetrating this fraud on the American people.

Geert Wilders to be tried for committing "Hate Crime" for producing the movie "Fitna"

Geert Wilders is my hero. He has taken a bold stance against the bloody totalitarian military ideology/religion of Islam. I have followed Geert for some time now in my own "jihad" - so to speak - against this bloody 7th century religion. I had not paid attention lately to his own persecution for his production of the movie "Fitna" until my wife sent me an email about him yesterday. I thought the Netherlands had decided to leave him alone, but I forgot how evil pressure from Islamic leaders can persist.

Well, speak about interesting timing- the Dutch courts ( Wednesday January 21, 2009) have now decided to prosecute Geert Wilders for committing a "hate crime" for his production of the movie "Fitna". It is a sad day in the world, a sad day in Europe, and a very sad day when the Dutch - a people historically known for "tolerance" have stooped to the point of allowing Muslims to so dominate their culture and legal system that they would cave in and agree to send Mr. Wilders to prison- for what? Mr. Wilders committed the "crime" of producing a short 17 minute documentary film about the "real" Islam.

I can tell you from personal experience, from having travelled from South America- namely Guyana where Islam is taking complete control of the country, (and has devastated that country to its ruin), to the frontiers of Pakistan and Afghanistan, and throughout Africa and Europe that this man speaks the truth in this short film. I only wish I had been the one to produce this film. He shows quoted verses from the Quran throughout the short video clip regarding the Muslim teaching of "jihad".

I find it interesting that every verse he cites in the movie is one of the verses I have highlighted in my Quran at home which I proudly show anyone who expresses interest. Since my arrest in Pakistan, for committing a crime against Alla, I have decided to become my own expert at understanding their military manual on how they conduct global war -"The Quran" . And mark my words, this book is a military manual. It will show you how to conduct war, how to terrorize a people, when and whom to mame, and the methods to use in your brutal attacks.

I have studied war all my life since I was a young man. I am fascinated with war manuals, with military history, and military strategy. I consider myself to be somewhat knowledgeable about how to use military tactics in various life applications. If you study up on war, then read the Quran several times, you will learn as I have- that Geert Wilders is telling the "whole" truth when he warns us that our global way of life may be gone as we know it within two generations if we do not all unite, stand together and fight against the globalization of Islam.

Help Geert Wilders by contacting the media, and whichever outlet you choose to spread the word about the crime that the Dutch committed yesterday when they called for the criminal prosecution of Geert Wilders for committing a hate crime against Islam.

Obama's First Executive Order? What was it? None other than confidentiality of Presidential records!

I must say as I watched the inauguration ceremony of Barack Obama, I was looking forward to no more blogging on -and - on about this issue of qualification. I was prepared- as I blogged earlier to submit to the authorities over me -as a Christian. However, something in my mind kept nagging at me wondering just what might be the subject of his very first Executive Order.

I kept pondering in my mind- what would I do first if I was elected President and knew my legal team and I had just spent close to a million dollars guarding my birth certificate and keeping my records from seeing the light of day? What if I knew deep down- that I really was not Constitutionally qualified to serve as President and had to seal anything that might expose the truth? Oh- I know- I would pass an Executive Order immediately making it an immediate matter of national security that anything I wanted to keep from public view, I could just protect it with a magical Executive Order.

Well surprise surprise- what was Obama's very first Executive Order- issued in less than 24 hours from when he took the oath of office?

(this is just the first paragraph) it goes on and on, and of course finally we see a revocation of an order issued by President Bush in 2001 right after the terrorist attacks -Executive Order 13233. This order was controversial and there has already been press coverage that Obama was simply revoking Bush's order 13233, but read the section closely about the existing president- Obama has some pretty tight wording in there - to further guard his case- you have to read carefully to get it or you will fall for the "spin" the MSM is putting out about the revocation of Bush 13233.

Executive Order: Granting Reciprocity on Excepted Service and Federal Contractor Employee Fitness and Reinvestigating Individuals in Positions of Public Trust

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including sections 1104(a)(1), 3301, and 7301 of title 5, United States Code, and in order to simplify and streamline the system of Federal Government personnel investigative and adjudicative processes to make them more efficient and effective, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Policy. (a) When agencies determine the fitness of individuals to perform work as employees in the excepted service or as contractor employees, prior favorable fitness or suitability determinations should be granted reciprocal recognition, to the extent practicable.

(b) It is necessary to reinvestigate individuals in positions of public trust in order to ensure that they remain suitable for continued employment.

Sec. 2. Definitions. For the purposes of this order:

(a) "Agency" means an executive agency as defined in section 105 of title 5, United States Code, but does not include the Government Accountability Office.

(b) "Contractor employee" means an individual who performs work for or on behalf of any agency under a contract and who, in order to perform the work specified under the contract, will require access to space, information, information technology systems, staff, or other assets of the Federal Government. Such contracts, include, but are not limited to:

(i) personal services contracts;

(ii) contracts between any non-Federal entity and any agency; and

(iii) sub-contracts between any non-Federal entity and another non-Federal entity to perform work related to the primary contract with the agency.

(c) "Excepted service" has the meaning provided in section 2103 of title 5, United States Code, but does not include those positions in any element of the intelligence community as defined in the National Security Act of 1947, as amended, to the extent they are not otherwise subject to Office of Personnel Management appointing authorities.

(d) "Fitness" is the level of character and conduct determined necessary for an individual to perform work for or on behalf of a Federal agency as an employee in the excepted service (other than a position subject to suitability) or as a contractor employee.

(e) "Fitness determination" means a decision by an agency that an individual has or does not have the required level of character and conduct necessary to perform work for or on behalf of a Federal agency as an employee in the excepted service (other than a position subject to suitability) or as a contractor employee. A favorable fitness determination is not a decision to appoint or contract with an individual.

(f) "Position of Public Trust" has the meaning provided in 5 CFR Part 731.

(g) "Suitability" has the meaning and coverage provided in 5 CFR Part 731.

Sec. 3. Agency Authority to Set Fitness Criteria and Determine Equivalency. The authority to establish criteria for making fitness determinations remains within the discretion of the agency head. Agency heads also have the discretion to determine whether their criteria are equivalent to suitability standards established by the Office of Personnel Management. Agency heads shall take into account Office of Personnel Management guidance when exercising this discretion.

Sec. 4. Reciprocal Recognition of Fitness and Suitability Determinations. (a) Except as provided by subsection (b) of this section, agencies making fitness determinations shall grant reciprocal recognition to a prior favorable fitness or suitability determination when:

(i) the gaining agency uses criteria for making fitness determinations equivalent to suitability standards established by the Office of Personnel Management;

(ii) the prior favorable fitness or suitability determination was based on criteria equivalent to suitability standards established by the Office of Personnel Management; and

(iii) the individual has had no break in employment since the favorable determination was made.

(b) Exceptions to Reciprocal Recognition. A gaining agency is not required to grant reciprocal recognition to a prior favorable fitness or suitability determination when:

(i) the new position requires a higher level of investigation than previously conducted for that individual;

(ii) an agency obtains new information that calls into question the individual's fitness based on character or conduct; or

(iii) the individual's investigative record shows conduct that is incompatible with the core duties of the new position.

Sec. 5. Reinvestigation of Individuals in Positions of Public Trust. Individuals in positions of public trust shall be subject to reinvestigation under standards (including but not limited to the frequency of such reinvestigation) as determined by the Director of the Office of Personnel Management, to ensure their suitability for continued employment.

Sec. 6. Responsibilities. (a) An agency shall report to the Office of Personnel Management the nature and results of the background investigation and fitness determination (or later changes to that determination) made on an individual, to the extent consistent with law.

(c) This order shall not suspend, impede, or otherwise affect Executive Order 10450 of April 27, 1953, as amended, or Executive Order 13467 of June 30, 2008;

(d) This order is intended only to improve the internal management of the executive branch and is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its agencies, instrumentalities, or entities, its officers, employees or agents, or any other person.

Sec. 8. Effective Date and Applicability. This order is effective upon issuance and is applicable to individuals newly appointed to excepted service positions or hired as contractor employees beginning 90 days from the effective date of this order.

George Bush issues very strange Executive Order three days before leaving office which may pave the way to help bring down Obama

With just 3 days remaining in George Bush's Presidency, he has issued a sweeping Presidential Executive Order which just may help those of us who have been trying to spread the word to have Barack Obama, aka Barack Obama II, aka Barry Soetoro, aka Barry Obama removed from office. It is indeed quite unusual for a President to issue such a sweeping directive with just seventy two hours remaining as President. And yet, this Executive Order just might be instrumental in exposing President Elect Obama and might assist in criminal prosecution against him and others as well. I am not saying that is why the directive was issued- but this directive has already been instrumental in a Federal Lawsuit having been filed on January 19th, one day before the Inaugurual event.

I must admit, with all the controversy about the mystery surrounding Obama's "natural born citizen" status, I find it fascinating that such a sweeping Presidential Executive Order would be issued that might be used against Obama. I must admit I did not think George Bush had any fight left in him, but if this in any way will expose the truth behind this President Elect- then so be it.

There has been alot of bantering on many discussion groups about our definition of a "natural born citizen" vs just a citizen, a native born citizen or a naturalized citizen. The framers of our Constitution knew quite well what was considered a "natural born citizen" as opposed to just a native born citizen or even a citizen.

Emmerich de Vattel authored a famous publication in 1758 (just about 20 years before our Constitution) entitled "The Laws of Nations". This publication had a profound impact on the our Founding Fathers. Vattel had a full section regarding the issue and description of the term "natural born citizen" in his book. Obviously our founding fathers would have been quite familiar with this understanding which is why they inserted this requirement in Article II of our Constitution. Outside of the general context of why our founders would have cared, and short of their understanding and use of the term "natural born citizen" we might be confused as to the real meaning of the term "natural born citizen."

Allow me to quote a section of Vattel's 1758 publication "The Law of Nations" and Vattel's definition and explanation of "natural born citizen" - again with acknowledgement to my friend at "http://americamustknow.com"

"The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The founders knew- a natural born citizen had to be born on U.S. soil by U.S. citizens. Obama "may" (we have no proof) have been born on U.S. soil- but his father was a British Citizen - and his mother was not old enough to confer citizenship- Obama is NOT a natural born citizen! He was born subject to the British Crown- the exact scenario the founders of our Constitution shed blood to keep from happening! Just imagine, who would have thought that two hundred years after these men fought the British to free us from British rule and then having put clearly in our Constitution- NO Brit's can be elected President- or for that matter - no one who is born with dual citizenship, that we would elect a President that was born a son of a British citizen? It is a sickening kind of irony.

This should be the final word on the chapter. It is a matter of hours before a Usurper is to be Inaugurated President- while there are numerous lawsuits requesting that this be delayed until this man can prove he is a natural born citizen.

Law of Nations and the a fraudulent President

We Americans may never know (in our lifetime) the real damage done to our nation by the fraudulent election what now appears at best to be an illegal alien to serve as our President. For anyone that has read my blog, you may have noticed I try to document court case numbers - all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, show other sources, and generally try to be one of the hundreds of thousands of bloggers getting the word out to have our day in court for the fraud we have as President.

Once we get past the media and political fraud- I always to get as close as I can to "Primary" historical documents rather than working off of secondary historical sources. Since my undergraduate degree was in History, I am more attune to the damage that one can do my using secondary sources and then relying on them as a source of truth. This is always very dangerous, because if the secondary source had an ulterior motive or was a fraud, then you have a "precedent" based on fraud- not a good thing.

As we look into our historical context of the requirement for a President of this country to be a natural born citizen, we cannot rely on 2011 definitions, we must get to where the framers of the Constitutution were coming from when they penned those words in 1787. From my own research into our country's history, I had run across Vattell's works over 35 years ago.

Two Supreme Court cases still pending before the court challenging Obama qualifications to serve as POTUS -news blackouts increase

On January 12th, the Supreme Court denied another challenge to the qualifications of Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro. (www.obamacrimes.com) This denial was not a major setback, but another serious setback in the many cases which have been presented to the State and Federal Courts and U.S. Supreme Court under complete nationwide news blackout. According to Dr. Orly Taitz, (http://www.drorly.blogspot.com) the attorney representing Lightfoot in Lightfoot vs Bowen, (Supreme Court Docket number is 08A524) she is counting now 31 lower court lawsuits which have been filed -all challenging Obama's qualifications to serve as POTUS.
To date- not one judge, not one court has considered one single lawsuit even to the Supreme Court regarding the actual merits of their case- that Barack is either an illegal immigrant one the one hand, or not a natural born citizen (father -Kenyan-British citizen) on the other hand. So here we are - just seven days away from a Presidential Inauguration where every Court in the land has refused to even have a look at this candidate's birth certificate or consider the Constitutionality of his Presidency. The next day we will see the Justices have a real look at this mess will be January 16th. If that case does not move forward quickly, the next one at the Supreme Court by Orly Taitz will be looked at 3 days after this illegal candidate has been inaugurated.
So far, my earlier prediction stands- even the Supreme Court would turn its back on the Country and our Constitution in favor of "mob rule". I am normally a very outgoing optimistic Christian businessman that is excited about the future of where Christianity is changing lives and how God has allowed Christians to launch many great global missions and humanitarian opportunities from the United States. I began blogging recently because the mainstream media was deceiving Americans about a serious issue facing this country during the 2008 election. The deception was their cover up of the qualifications of Barack Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Soetoro, aka Barry Obama..

As I mentioned in many of my blogs, I have nothing personal against Mr. Obama or whoever he is. I am just one that digs down to the facts and I have discovered the truth about this illegal candidate and have tried to get others to do their own research, contact their Electors, Congressional Representatives and Senators to beg them to look into the qualifications issue. Now that the Electoral College has in fact elected this illegal candidate and he is headed for an inauguration on January 20th, I will only post about this until the Courts finish weighing in on this issue. After that, I want to begin blogging on the positive things about life and where I as an American and a Christian can move forward in life to help change the world by spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

For the next few weeks however, I feel compelled to help (even if it only affects a few people) spread the word that America has made a very significant mistake, but it can at least "right" part of this "wrong" by spreading the word and to help raise money for the 3 or 4 Supreme Court cases pending before the courts and the 17 or so cases at the State and Federal Court level. Many of these attorneys and groups need money to fight these cases.

My hat is off to Mr. Michael Savage the only national radio talk show host with enough courage to tackle this issue. All other MSM radio personalities and news outlets have successfully been muzzled, even the ones that brag that they have the courage to tackle tough issues.

There has been a very professional short video prepared that we hoped would be aired on national television, but no airtime could be bought for this to air during MSM newscasts (as I have been told- I did not research this). The Mainstream media has not only "blacked" this out, they have even refused to let people purchase airtime to show this video. This is a travesty in America, to know that we have lost a fair and balanced media. Even the station that has a similar motto has now had a huge portion of their ownership purchased by Saudi Oil money, so they have now been muzzled as well.

Obama can never be a "natural born citizen" unless someone changes the Constitution

In April 2008, Barack Obama co-sponsored a Senate Resolution (Resolution 511) to affirm John McCain's qualification to serve as President if elected. The summary statements of the Resolution make two emphatic determinations. 1- Whereas John McCain was born to two U.S. Citizens and 2- Whereas John McCain was born on an American Military Base in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936 ... be it resolved that John McCain is a "natural born citizen".

Here is the interesting twist, historically, since the discussions of our founding fathers all the way to John Bingham, author of the 14th Amendment (after the civil war- clarifying birth rights). John Bingham believed that a natural born citizen is a born of two U.S. parents on U.S. soil. Obama may have been born on U.S. soil, but he his father was a British Citizen. According to British Law - even to this day- Barack Obama was born a British Citizen, not a U.S. Citizen since he was born a subject of the British Crown. It is just like if I visit a foreign country and my wife gives birth while we are visiting in that country. My son would be a U.S. citizen since his mom and dad are U.S. citizens. Now, there could be debate over whether my son could run for President, because he was born on foreign soil, and could be also subject to foreign powers.

Obama could not be a "natural born citizen" because since he was born a British citizen by virtue of his father's British Nationality, he would be born as a divided subject. He would be subject to the Crown since he was born subject to the law of his father's country- by virtue of the bloodline.. Since he was born a British citizen and thus had dual civic loyalties to two countries he could never ever be a natural born citizen of the United States. At some point in his life, he would have to go through a legal process to remove his British Heritage, but since this is not "natural" and something else would have to be done in his life for him to only be a U.S. citizen, then he is not natural born.. We have some who might say he could be born a "citizen" since he was born on U.S. soil, but he could never run for President, he would not be "natural born".

Remember, our Constitutional Fathers were very wise in their approach to this office. They wanted someone born American born to Americans- this way he was loyal to one country and one country only, and would never be divided regarding his citizenship. Barack Obama- (if he was even born in the U.S. which many believe he can never ever prove he was born here) is not a true natural born citizen. His own father was not a citizen, his teenage mother was not old enough to confer citizenship on him. He does not "think" American- he was not educated here in this country for many years of his life. He was educated as a citizen of Indonesia as a young man.

Obama is very likely not even a naturalized citizen, much less a citizen, and certainly never can be natural born.
I suppose that is why he has spent a million dollars fighting to keep the American people from seeing his real birth certificate. Imagine that whole story, it sounds so unreal.

We will see if the court will weigh in on this.

Constitutional Crisis Still looms over Presidency

Here we are on January 7th, just one day before the Electoral College Votes are tallied by the President of the Senate and we are REALLY in the middle of an explosive Constitutional Crisis over the qualifications of our Presumed President Elect. Wow! We have the (Electoral College- actually the vote tally) vote set for January 8th, and the Supreme Court is going into full conference again on January 9th, to reconsider this whole birth certificate nonsense again!
Some legal experts believe the Supreme Court might not weigh in on this until after January 8th, when our Presumed President Elect actually becomes legally the President Elect. From January 8th to January 20th, is when he is legally the President Elect and now the courts are heating up on this one. There are countless lawsuits in the Federal Courts, and 2 are still alive in the Supreme Court with other suits maybe headed toward the SCOTUS.

Why all the fuss? Because every sane minded -historically and politically astute person I know is acutely aware of the fact that this man who has been elected by the popular vote is not Constitutionally qualified to serve as President!

I have held off now for another week commenting on this while I did more research on this subject and I kid you not, it is overwhelming digging into the life of Barack Obama or whoever he is The mainstream media has treated him like the Manchurian Candidate, they have blocked paid advertisers from being able to spread the truth about this fraudulent candidate, the mainstream media has further brainwashed millions of Americans that there is no controversy and that this issue is a hoax and Internet rumor.

I have to be very careful just blogging about this whole issue because if I throw too much information out there, even anyone reading my blog might think that I am a radical conspiracy nut.

Ok - so where are we now on January 7? I will toss out a few statements that are all very serious issues on their own merit, and at the end of this blog you will see an open letter to the Deputy Attorney General that was written by Andy Martin- a true American Hero. My hat is off to all these attorneys that have fought the good fight to expose the truth about our candidate.

Just some of the issues before the American public that the mainstream media is keeping under wraps.

1. The Obama birth certificate issue- of Obama fighting vigorously in court to prevent anyone from seeing his birth certificate.
2. Many (I mis-spoke earlier and wrongly said "all") Constitutional experts agree that even if he was born in Hawaii- he was clearly born a British Citizen since his father was a British Citizen and at the time of Obama's birth, his teenage mother was not old enough to confer U.S. Citizenship on Barry. Barry was naturally born a citizen of Great Britain to a British citizen- if he was even born on U.S. soil as he claims.
3. No court has ruled on this matter to date- anywhere or anytime
4. No court or legal authority EVER one time looked into his qualifications to even run for President
5. The Democratic National Committee did NOT certify his qualifications for Presidency
6. No State Agency has ever made a declaration that Barry is a natural born citizen
7. The Senate held a hearing to discover if John McCain was Constitutionally qualified to serve as President since he was born in the Panama Canal zone. Both his parents were U.S. citizens and Panama was a U.S. territory at the time of McCain's birth and consequently the Senate hearings concluded he was a "natural born citizen" and qualified to run for President.
8. NO such hearing was held- much less considered for Obama- I wonder why?
9. There is now according to Debbie Schlessel evidence of a fraudulent filing just in 2008 for Barry's selective Service Registration. 10.. Barry does not own the home he claimed he owns in Chicago. It is owned by the attorney representing the convicted felon Tony Retzo.
11. The word "President Elect" is mentioned 44 times in the indictment recently issued to the governor of Illinois.

Pray for our Senators on that on January 8th, at least one Senator will have the courage to challenge the legitimacy of the Electoral College Vote. This one challenge by just one Senator could alter the course of American history.

This will respond to your cover letter and proposed order of today’s date.

I am getting the creepy feeling that the Hawai’i courts are operated as a secret society. You sent me a proposed ruling on my motion for reconsideration, and I have not even been advised the motion has been addressed and ruled on. How do you know what is going on before I do? The motion to reconsider was unopposed by your office. It should have been granted as an unopposed motion. Now there is some form of communication between your office and the judge, to which I am not a party. Not a party indeed.

Judicial proceedings should not only be fair and impartial; they should appear to be fair and impartial. The proceedings involving manipulation of Hawai’i’s official records do not even remotely pass the smell test. The entire nation has been horrified by the abusive treatment I have received in Hawai’i.

Your proposed order makes the false claim that I neglected to sign my motion for reconsideration. I did no such thing. I signed it.

Furthermore, I do not even know at this point who the opposing lawyer is: you or the judge. Even if through some oversight there was an unsigned motion, that oversight was waived by your lack of a response or lack of any opposition. That is how a local lawyer’s oversight would be treated. I am receiving invidiously discriminatory treatment.

The judge seems to be acting and lead counsel in the cover-up of Obama’s birth certificate and raising issues that you have failed to raise or waived. In other words, the judge is not acting as a judge; he is acting as an “activist seeking combat” and trying to act proactively to feed you objections. That is not the proper role of a judicial officer. Therefore, your unsupported claim that I failed to sign my motion is both an outrageous accusation and apparent evidence of judicial bias against an out-of-state litigant.

I find the treatment afforded me as a respected writer seeking access to a historic document as bearing the obvious taint of corruption and conspiracy. I do not feel I have even remotely been afforded a neutral forum.

I am going to prepare a new motion for rehearing and ask that the judge be recused for bias and that the matter be reheard by a new judge. The issue of the cover-up of official documents by apparently corrupt and conspiratorial judges and lawyers, and other local officials in Hawai’i, is not going to go away, not today, not next week, not ever. Justice must not only be served, justice must appear to be served.

When a judge says he is protecting the “privacy” rights of the president-elect of the United States, who has waived any privacy by posting a facsimile of the document on the Internet, the judge is making a joke of the judicial function and trivializing a good faith effort to invoke Hawai’i law.

The suspicious behavior of Hawai’i officials is doing incalculable damage to the administration of Barry Obama. The election eve “verification” that a secret document existed was a bald-faced political act by a supposedly impartial professional official. Do you think we are all stupid on the mainland?

We need to know who this man is. His birth certificate from 1961 obviously contains hidden horrors. Otherwise, why should there be such resistance to public access for a historic document?

I am going to fight this corruption and abuse of the judicial system in Hawai’i.

I began fighting judicial corruption in Illinois over forty years ago as a young law student; it looks like I will now have to add a new state to my list of crooked judicial systems, Hawai’i.

Challenges to Obama qualifications for Presidency mount while mainstream media keeps nice lid on accurate news reporting

It has been nine days since I have provided any comments or update on the upcoming Constitutional Crisis and possible inauguration of a Constitutionally non-qualified person to the office of President of The United States. I have been so overwhelmed with information regarding the fraud and deception behind how this man has reached this point, that I have to carefully consider how to keep a blog from running for hundreds of pages. The treachery and deception behind this run for Presidency is completely overwhelming for me now that I have spent so much time and personal research on the matter.

Also, the websites that have been the mainstay and backbone for our grassroots efforts to get this out into the public forum have been attacked, shut down, hit by denial of service attacks, hacked, or otherwise blacklisted from search engines such as Google and others. Several of my sources of information have been maliciously attacked to the point, that the enemies of truth have had tremendous success in keeping us from getting the word out. Since the mainstream media is working hand in hand with those that are making sure a non-qualified candidate reaches the White House, they continue to paint people like me as bitter right-wing conspiracists.

Once again, for the simple truth: According to our Constitution, Article II, a man cannot be elected President unless he is a "natural born citizen". Obama is NOT a natural born citizen. It is that simple.

Now, for the spin doctors- this issue has never been covered by the mainstream media. This simple fact has been conveniently overlooked during this entire election while Obama has spent upwards of $600,000.00 somewhere near one million dollars in lawsuits to keep this issue from coming through the courts. Obama, or whoever his name is- (we still have no legal trail of when he changed his name back and forth- hence the aliases in all the lawsuits before the courts!) if he was born in the U.S- (which most real non-Obama investigators conclude he was not) was not born to U.S. citizens if he was born in Hawaii as he claims.

His father had just arrived here from Kenya and thus was a British citizen at the time of Obama's birth. Obama was thus born as a citizen of Britain and thus cannot be and never will be a natural born citizen. He perhaps could have become a "naturalized" citizen had he filed the proper filings, but we have no record where Obama has become a naturalized citizen. Many bloggers, some of whom are attorneys contend that Obama is an illegal alien. I am not prepared to go that far, I have not done that level of research, although after having spent the hundreds of hours I have spent, I am quite skeptical of his nationality status. Perhaps this is why Obama has fought in every court in the land to conceal his birth certificate. Perhaps that is why we now have the controversy and possible upcoming criminal fraud charges over his selective service registration. Perhaps that is why he had to surrender his Illinois law license just when this came up. Perhaps that is why we have absolutely none of his medical records, or college records. I continue to maintain this main is an absolutely brilliant politician. He is skilled in the art of deception.

The Electoral College is scheduled to count their votes in the Senate on January 8th. The U.S. Supreme Court is supposed to weigh in on this again on January 9th, SCOTUS Case Application (08A505) They will also consider SCOTUS case Application 08A391 on January 16th. Now, as I have said before, I really do not know if even the Supreme Court wants to get in on this due to the possible national riot consequences of their actions if they rule that Obama is ineligible. (the suits are more complicated than that, but keeping if simple here)
They may have been delaying any action until after Obama is actually elected on January 8th by the Electoral College. No one knows what the court may do. We also know there are many other suits making their way through the courts, and many apparently yet to be filed.

What we are trying to challenge now is the Electoral College vote scheduled this year for January 8th. We hope we can have a Senator with the courage to issue a challenge in writing as to the legitimacy of the vote on a man who has not proven he is Constitutionally qualified to serve as President. If this happens, then perhaps some of this argument may see the light of day.

Again however, here is another problem, and that is what price is a nation willing to pay to follow its Constitution? Are we as a nation prepared to face a national riot of unprecedented proportions because we waited until the very last minute to follow our own rule of law? What if we turn our backs on the Constitution and just say "oh well, he is a nice guy and after all 52% of the people voted for him, so lets just ignore Article II of the Constitution and the fourteenth Amendment?

Just what are the repercussions of a nation electing a man President who is absolutely not legally capable of holding the office? What are the possible ramifications of a man swearing an oath the he will "faithfully defend the Constitution? Now think about this for a moment. We have a man about to be elected on January 8th by the Electoral College that is NOT Constitutionally qualified to be our President, but no court will weigh in on this and rule such. The implications are staggering. We are dealing with a new world order for our nation as we let this happen. Just how many oaths does a President actually swear to? Is not his primary function as our Chief Executive to faithfully follow and defend the Constitution? What if we elect a President who scoffs at it on the one hand, and swears to defend it on the other? We do know that there two schools of thought with regard to our Constitution in our own Supreme Court. One school of thought believes it should not change much over time and needs to be a historical standard of belief, and we shape our belief system to match the Constitutional Republic. The other school of thought in our Supreme Court (and other places) is that the Constitution is a living document and should change as our society "evolves" into a smarter society. (This is Obama's attitude toward our Constitution) For writers and historians such as myself, I have real difficulty with a President that has this belief system and implements it while he is actually running for office. (If you don't like something about the Constitution, just change it since we are smarter than our founding fathers.)

So now we have this awful dilemma, what do we do now? What do our Electors do? The Electoral College vote needs to be challenged, but we have Electors acting more out of fear than rationality. I personally have heard one of our own state Electors from Oklahoma say she is aware of the problem, is involved in a lawsuit to "fix" the problem, but will NOT issue a challenge to the Electoral College! Here is her quandary and many other Electors quandaries around the country: in most states as in Oklahoma an Elector is bound by State law to cast their ballot for the party selected by their state. Now if these Electors do not do that, they can be sued by their own state and punished quite harshly. If they vote for the unqualified President, then they vote against their conscience and that seems to most of them the lesser of two evils.

What kind of dilemma have we placed upon our nation? Perhaps a more accurate question might be, what have we done as a nation, or what series of steps have we followed as a nation where we as an entire nation could fall for such a national deception? I have my own theories as to how we reached this place, but that will be for another blog.

What can you and I do now to help our nation do the right thing? Contact your State Senator and ask them to look into this controversy and ask them to issue a written challenge to the legality of the Electoral College vote until a court can rule on Obama's qualification to serve as President. You can also pray for our Electors and country. Our nation has acted in a wretched manner with careless disregard for our own founding belief system. America as we know it may never be the same again.

Merry Christmas everybody! Today we celebrate the birth of The Lord Jesus Christ!
He is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords!
He is the Alpha, Omega, beginning and end, the Prince of Peace, The Creator, The Redeemer!

I have not posted in several days, partly because our family was focused on our own personal celebration of Christmas, and partly because I have been so burdened about the fraudulent election taking place under our nose, that I just wanted to take a few days to get away from the fraud, cover ups and deception of the Obama machine.

Taking a quick break from the Presidential lawsuits, lets just take a brief moment and pause with thanks for the wonderful gift we celebrate each year during Christmas. This year as every year, our family tries diligently to keep our focus on the real reason for Christmas, not the shopping, not Santa Claus, not the gift exchanges per se, but a true celebration over several days where we appreciate the day set aside as the day the greatest gift ever bestowed on mankind. The Creator stepped out of Heaven in form of a man and ultimately died on the Cross to offer the "Gift" of Salvation to those who would accept the gift. To receive the gift, we repented of our sin, and received the free gift of Salvation through Christ. This may seem foreign to you, but if it does, I encourage you to find copy of our "owner's manual"-The Bible, and consult the section on how to remove the lifelong effects of the "sin virus" we have all received. (a little bit of symbolism there)

Our family does find itself in a strange kind of struggle that we deal with during this time. One the one hand we want to keep a positive outlook on the Gospel, spreading the word, visiting the sick, caring for those in prison, caring for the hungry, caring for orphans, and yet on the other hand we continue to find ourselves in another struggle. This struggle is over how we should spend time on these activities vs spending time trying to have an impact on the future of this country so that it can be blessed by God in the future, and so that it can be used as a launching platform for spreading the Gospel around the world. I hope other Christians struggle with this concept as I do because I would like to know I am not alone in this struggle.

My wife and I see our "ministry" in the last half of our lives as a "pay back" to society whereby we try to keep a focus on the needs of the others and try to let our last years on earth be dedicated to spreading the Gospel, and serving the needs of others. Yet, we continue to find ourselves involved in a need to help protect our country from those who would wish to "steal its soul" and thus render America useless for spreading the gospel. Currently we find ourselves convinced that if we allow a fraudulent election to continue, and to have a Usurper in the White House, that our nation faces turning its back on its Constitutional Republican form of government. Additionally, we feel that we can almost see our nation turning on itself because of "rebellion" of God's commandments which will have a net result of finding America "cursed" by God.

May each of us find a balance in this struggle during Christmas and keep our focus on the celebration of "Christmas".

New Poll suggests 52% of Americans feel Obama qualifications for President controversy deserves merit!

Although there are many subjects I would like to be writing about now, the most pressing and time sensitive issue is this looming Constitutional crisis over the qualifications of Barack Obama to be sworn in on January 20th as the 44th President. I for one have been actively engaged in spreading the truth to every person, every media source, every blogger, my State Representatives, Senators, and my Electors

After months of media blackout, AOL has had the boldness to mention this issue twice. I am proud that AOL has at least touched on it even if it was biased. This last mention from AOL over the last two days has really gotten traction over the Internet with the poll AOL has conducted. Now this is not scientific, but if you go to this link from WorldNetDaily, you will notice surprising results. The overwhelming majority of states are very interested in the issue contrary to what the MSN would lead you to believe.

Help spread the word that this man must legally prove his qualifications prior to the January 8 vote in the Congress. If we can just get one Representative to issue a written challenge to Barack's qualifications, this will move to the next logical step without a full Constitutional crises.

This will not go away. The media cannot suppress it forever. This man is hiding something on that original vault birth certificate, plus even if he produces the birth certificate he is clearly not qualified to serve as President because he is NOT a "natural born citizen" according to the second amendment. He was born British, not American, he was born with divided loyalties, he was born here to a citizen of another country (even if he can prove he was born here, which he cannot). I know this sounds like science fiction, but it has happened right here in America. We have a Usurper headed toward the White House.

The framers of our Constitution knew what they were doing when they wrote the language they did, They wanted someone that was 100% American to be President, not someone who was naturalized. Obama has not even proven the he is a naturalized citizen, partly because we are not even sure of his is legal name!

Barack Obama "Elected" 44th President of United States

Well, Senator Obama has officially been elected President of the United States by the Electoral College. Regardless of the overall news blackout and cover up by the mainstream media, there are many thousands of Americans fighting vigilantly to keep Mr. Obama from being sworn in On January 20th. I am one of them that has put time and money into this cause to see that we follow the Constitution in this election and that our checks and balances work properly. Nevertheless, Congress shall meet on January 8th to count the votes submitted by the Electoral College.

Now for the twist: there are still several cases pending at the U.S. Supreme Court challenging the qualifications of President Elect Obama! The Supreme Court is on vacation until January 9th 2009 and is scheduled to meet January 9th in private conference regarding the Berg vs Obama lawsuit. Additionally, there are over 20 State and Federal lawsuits making their way through the court system that there is still a very high probability that the "eligibility" status of Barack Obama will continue to rear its head right up through January 20th, the date set for the President Elect to take office.

As it stands right now, the Twentieth Amendment to the Constitution is what will be considered next in the upcoming possible Constitutional crisis. Article 3 of this amendment relates to what happens if the President Elect fails to qualify. There are many reasons that this is going to be very complicated all the way through the process. So this blog does not run on for five thousand words or so I will try to keep it very brief. The bottom line is that most of the State and Federal Courts having been letting the clock run down on this huge list of lawsuits filed in most of the states throughout the country. In a nutshell, most of the lawsuits are filed by everyday citizens suing their Secretaries of State for failing to properly check the credentials of Barack Obama prior to his name being put on the ballot. Some are filed by military personnel, some have been filed by legislators, some have been filed by Candidates themselves (such as Alan Keyes)

So, here is the deal. Barack Obama has never properly submitted credentials to prove he is a natural born citizen. Some controversy is over his country of birth, some controversy is over the "natural born citizen" clause in our Constitution. Several states will be beginning oral arguments around January 9th on whether or not to de-certify their votes by their respective Electors. There is also a very large grassroots effort to have Senators or Congressmen submit challenges in writing on January 8th to challenge the legitimacy of Obama to be elected. This will just be a wait-and-see issue for us the American people.

I had predicted that the Supreme Court would not weigh in on this prior to the Electoral College and I was right. Had they intervened between Nov 4 and December 15th, we would have seen the largest riot in American history. I predict that when the High Court reconvenes on January 9th, they will turn down Berg's case as well. This is just too hot for the Court to handle. It is unfortunate, because even without the help of the mainstream media, the grassroots efforts pretty much got the word spread nationwide that there is open controversy about Obama's qualifications.

In summary to this quick blog update, this is NOT about anyone being against Obama as President. This is clearly an issue that many Americans know in their hearts that they have been victims of the greatest fraud perpetrated on the American people in the history of this nation. Many of us that have done the real research on the issue are convinced that he is not constitutionally qualified to serve as President of our country.

For those of you that would like to do your own Obama research, I invite you to spend some time looking into these other subjects. Now this may seem overwhelming, but there is legitimate controversy about each and every one of these. These are not just rumors spread by bloggers, go look into these issues yourself. I have found there is not time enough in the day to keep up with the mysteries surrounding this man. That is why I was so opposed to supporting him in the first place: he simply seemed to have too much to hide.

"The Matrix" the Presidency of Barack Obama, Rod Blagojevich and your choice- the Red Pill or the Blue Pill

As you my readers may know, other than a post I wrote 2 years ago about militant Islam, I am a neophyte to blogging. I have already learned serious lessons- one of which is the need to double check my spelling, the second one of course is to not get in such a hurry to throw my thoughts out onto the blogosphere. The third lesson I am learning is brevity and sentence length. I must apologize to anyone that suffered through my previous blogs. My first few blogs were mostly for me, a few of my friends and to my extended family. All of a sudden my wife noticed I was getting hundreds of hits per day so now I have to be a bit careful about my spelling habits! Most of my posts the past few weeks have been my railing on the election and my comments on the "qualifications" regarding our Presumed President Elect.

Now for a post with just my thoughts about this election, the media coverage, the Obama-mania, and the general population of this great country.

I was listening to Hannity on the radio a couple of months ago when I heard him say that "the media reporting actual news is dead". This statement got me thinking about two interesting concepts in two of my favorite movies. The first concept was in the movie Star Wars when Obi-Wan Kenobi told Luke something along the lines that he could make the droids think what he wanted them to think by planting a thought in their primitive minds. This is a rather interesting concept that I have seen used before by certain charismatic personalities on certain "victims" I would call them. Some personalities have somewhat of a hypnotic effect on their listeners such that the listeners seem to "think" what they are told to think.(Does that remind you of a certain "charismatic" leader who has come to power?) Hannity was onto something then, and his point still holds. Ladies and gentlemen, you must know that a powerful media is "broadcasting" images, statements and sound-bites over and over for you to hear and only hear what they want you to hear. They show you images they want you to see from the perspective they want you to see. They do not want you to really think for yourself, they want you to just go to your work, come home, take in the media impressions and let them make their impressions on you all day every day.

Now, changing the subject, lets consider the movie The Matrix where Morpheus make s a very provocative comment to Neo: (Following is a direct quote from the movie- The Matrix)
Morpheus: The Matrix is everywhere, it is all around us. Even now, in this very room. You can see it when you look out your window, or when you turn on your television. You can feel it when you go to work, or when go to church or when you pay your taxes. It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth.
Neo: What truth?
Morpheus: That you are a slave, Neo. Like everyone else, you were born into bondage, born inside a prison that you cannot smell, taste, or touch. A prison for your mind. (long pause, sighs) Unfortunately, no one can be told what the Matrix is. You have to see it for yourself. This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back.
(In his left hand, Morpheus shows a blue pill.)
Morpheus: You take the blue pill and the story ends. You wake in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. (a red pill is shown in his other hand) You take the red pill and you stay in Wonderland and I sow you how deep the rabbit-hole goes. (Long pause; Neo begins to reach for the red pill) Remember -- all I am offering is the truth, nothing more.
(Neo takes the red pill and swallows it with a glass of water)

Now if you look at American society as a whole- (300 million of us or so) there is this huge mass of people, there is a very powerful media, and of course there is the blogosphere- the net uninhibited whereby average everyday nobodies like me can have an uncensored thought and post it out there on the net for anyone to see. (China no longer has this- the net is censored with proxy servers blocking untoward comments that are politically incorrect).

I believe that if you take the time and effort to check out what what the mainstream media (MSM) has to say about any subject- you name it, if you were an eyewitness to what they just reported, or if you took away their media bias, you would be shocked at the difference between what really happened and what was reported. Personally I have experienced this no less than 10 times or so as I have been in a foreign country when an event unfolded. Lets say for the sake of argument that some of these events might be considered "classified" or events that I am not comfortable covering in detail, but when I saw the events (of which I was an eyewitness) covered by the mainstream media, I had to ask myself: was I really there for that event? Were they talking about an event somewhere else in time or perhaps some other country? No, it was just filtered through their media bias and then presented to the public. When the public then consumed that information, for them, it became "truth" since that is how it was reported to them.

Considering this as a bit of background, I would ask you to consider taking "the RED pill" that Neo took. You will never be the same, you will not be able to go blissfully into the night after being lulled to sleep at night by CNN or FOX. You see, I believe I took the red pill many years ago. Mine was taken in Honduras in 1985. I think I am glad I took the Red Pill, but I do know that I see things differently than about 280 million other Americans. Now, when I hear something on the radio or see something on the news, I do not just blissfully receive the information. I run it through my own filters, sometimes over and over. Then I check out other sources, then I go to the net and try as often as possible to go to an original source, or unbiased source as close to the reality of the event as possible.

You see, some of you may look at my blogs and say- "wow, this guy sure missed the point they covered on CNN last night". Or you may say to yourself, "hasn't he seen what has been posted about on Obama at factcheck.org or politico online"? "This guy is surely not thinking squarely because he does not see it the way the rest of us do". I would ask you, which pill have you taken? Did you take the blue pill so you could just sit back and enjoy the ride, watch the news, comment on the news, and then just read a few blogs?

If you have swallowed the blue pill and then continue to swallow the blue pill, you will view people like me as uninformed, uneducated, narrow minded and conspiracy theorists. Some of you may even claim I am "on meth", anything to discredit what I have to say about "the matrix- the Obama election. But hear me out, we are all in a matrix of sorts, we all have a frame of mind, a perspective, we all filter everything that comes into our mind. Some of use the media to filter the media, some of use our education to filter the media and the information being disseminated to us. Some of us use the Internet to filter the information, but we all filter it somehow.

I filter what I hear with two primary sources or filters. The first and primary filter for me is The Bible as a "standard" a rigid pole of truth that I can go to anytime and compare what I am thinking and compare it to what I am hearing. If I hear or see something I need to consider and I need to check out, I use the Bible as a "standard" by which I judge things. To me it is timeless. It is the final authority in my life for everything that must be considered. I refer to it as "the human being owner's manual". My creator made me and then arranged for me to be able to get a copy of my own owner's manual, The Bible.. I would consider my outlook on life as a Biblical World View. Don't try to convince me otherwise, that is the way I see the world.

The second source I now use is the Internet. I hear the media provide information, I then go to the net and begin to scour the net to find what I would consider to be "first source" or primary documents of the subject at hand. Then I go after the closest information I can find that runs close to the primary documents. I then will go to other sites and blogs to continue to scour the net for more information to help me get as close to the truth as I can get.

When I began to check out for myself this issue of the controversy surrounding Obama, I went to the Bible which guided me that when people want to hide things, and pay money to hide things from public view, they will pay a price, and ultimately they will be exposed to the light. So, I went to my second source. I read each and every lawsuit filed against Obama, the Secretaries of State, the DNC, the Federal Election Commission, and I began to see a pattern. I did not rely on the media to shape my thinking because I am a "Red Pill" kind of guy. I do not need to consume the "Blue Pill" of the media. I read more and more lawsuits, I read more and more online about our Constitution, about the discussions back in 1788 and 1789 about the qualifications for President. I read about our Founders and their thoughts. I then read some court case and judgements and I have come to my own conclusion that (1) there is controversy surrounding the qualifications for Obama to serve as our President, and (2) a public court of some kind, any kind, anywhere in America needs to get this out in the open to get it settled.

Even if you are living day by day on the "Blue Pill" of bliss, you would surely give me points 1 and 2 mentioned above right? What could possibly be wrong with America at least considering there is some element to a valid controversy? Other people like me that have had the misfortune to swallow the Red Pill know there is an element of controversy surrounding Obama's qualifications as a natural born citizen, much less his actual legal status as a citizen in the first place. Now, we my lose in court- but that is OK, at least we got to court.

Let's get to point 2, get this in a courtroom and get it out in the open. Let's have a judge stand in front of Obama and say "Mr. President Elect, will you please provide the court with your evidence that you are a natural born citizen of the United States:? Why has this proven to be so difficult? Oh, I forgot, Obama has fought extensively in court to provide this primary document and the media has been complicit in the biggest news coverup in American history. Hear me correctly, Obama and his legal team has fought in court to deny the American people from being allowed to see if he is qualified to serve as President.

When I heard the media cover the initial story of governor Blagojevich being charged with trying to sell his seat to the highest bidder and was charged with several corruption charges, I leaned on my experience reading the Bible and remembered its teachings bout quid pro quo, brides and deception. I then went to the net and downloaded a copy of the indictment against the governor. What did I notice first of all? That the reality of the indictment was almost nothing like what was reported on the media. What the media led me to believe was that the governor was trying to sell his seat to the highest bidder. What did the indictment say? Nothing to the sort, it was not even close.

The indictment showed one clear thread from start to finish regarding the so-called For Sale Senate Seat. Governor Blagojevich wanted some form of payment from the Obama administration in return for the governor putting Obama's "desired" candidate in his replacement seat. That is it, pure and simple. The frustration that the governor was experiencing as recorded in the indictment was that Obama and team knew the Governor was so dirty, and so much under investigation,that is was going to be hard for Obama to reward him with a Cabinet position, or some other position where he would be high- profile. After all, Obama is no dummy, he is very brilliant and shrewd. He is much smarter than all of his other "buds" that have managed to be indicted or arrested for corruption charges. Obama was letting his Advisors (A and B) do his bidding so to speak for him, and they were being more than careful about not getting themselves out there where it would be easy to catch them committing a crime.

As I mentioned in an earlier blog, Obama is referred to at least 44 times in the indictment. Am I suggesting that Obama should be charged with a crime in this situation? No. I am suggesting that the real issue (regarding the references in the indictment to the President Elect) was that Obama was not willing to put himself into a position to be easily connected to the governor and explicitly does not want any kind of clear trail to him?- Absolutely.

Now consider the Red Pill- Blue Pill concept. Those of you who have swallowed the Blue Pill do not understand all the fuss. You will never understand all the full because you took the Blue Pill and you will never understand. So if you took the Blue Pill, how about for once letting us Red Pill people blog ourselves until we are blue in the face? Just let us continue on our rants. Why bother us? If we are not really a threat to your Blue Pill existence, why go to so much trouble to extinguish our comments? Why go to the trouble to shut us up? The media has already taken your side, so why not just leave us un-disturbed in the blogosphere? If there is no truth for us to uncover, it will not be uncovered.

Yet Another Lawsuit filed in the Supreme Court Thursday December 11th, again, challenging Obama's citizenship

Quick update for the blogosphere, there is a private conference this morning in the U.S. Supreme Court regarding another legal challenge to Obama's qualifications for President. I am not very optimistic about this one, it is a great suit, but still may lack "standing". Another suit was filed on Thursday afternoon by Orly Taitz at the U.S. Supreme Court. This suit is: Lightfoot vs Bowen. It may not show up yet on the Supreme Court Docket until later today. This case may gain traction. There are several more pending now, and there have been so many new state and federal cases filed, I do not have time to keep up now. It is well over twenty cases and growing rapidly. As I have said before, this is not going away easily even though the MSM wants it to. They will jump on every defeat we suffer while maintaining a deafening silence about our nationwide grassroots effort to have Obama simply establish his legal qualification to serve as President.

Remember, not one of us wants to overturn an election, we simply want a Constitutional attorney that is now standing before us as President Elect to just provide the proper documentation to the American people that he is a natural born citizen. Remember, regardless of the passionate please by Obamaites, the Obama machine, and the MSN, this is about one issue and only one issue- Obama has never demonstrated to any legal authority that he is a natural born citizen. We are plastered with pictures of Obama's short form COLB, but ladies and gentlemen, this has never once in our history as a nation proven that a man is a natural born citizen. For those of you who continue to try bash our challenge to the MSM, I would encourage to read the entire text of every lawsuit that has been submitted to the Supreme Court. The cases are very compelling arguments to have the candidates prove their qualifications to run for President. McCain's controversy made its way to Congress for Congress to decide if McCain was a natural born citizen. All this would be behind us if Obama had received the same scrutiny prior to this point in history.

Obama qualifications lawsuits still pending before Supreme Court and State and Federal Courts

I just want to provide a quick update regarding the media slant and cover-ups surrounding the Barack Obama qualification for Presidency issue. There is a Supreme Court conference meeting of all nine justices taking place Friday December 12th. This conference may or may not move forward just as the conference last week. The Supreme Court case number is 08A469. This suit challenges Obama's qualifications for the Presidency as well as the other suits. You may have noticed that the mainstream media (MSM) was very quick last Friday to hit the headlines with a note that a lawsuit challenging Obama's qualifications had been rejected by the Supreme Court.

Now the MSM had never once mentioned how this suit got to the court, nor did it mention that 4 other Supreme Court suits were stacked behind this one. The MSM also purposely failed to mention that over 20 Federal and State Lawsuits are in the courts all over America. They also were quick to discredit the suit and blatantly lied in the the news reporting of this event.

One very important issue remains at the core of each and every lawsuit filed all over America. Barack Obama has NEVER offered clear evidence to any judge, Secretary of State of any state, or any other Federal agency or representative that he is a natural born citizen. The media conveniently defends Obama and is quick to discuss his (supposed certificate of live birth) COLB. (Remember a COLD in Hawaii is not proof you are a U.S. citizen, a natural born citizen, or even proof that you were born in Hawaii. A COLB in Hawaii is not sufficient even in Hawaii to prove you are a Hawaiian citizen!). The MSM is also quick to flat out lie to you that Hawaii officials have verified he was born there. NO Hawaii state official has ever stated or documented in writing that Obama is a natural born citizen or that he was actually born in Hawaii.

Now please note, I do not have an axe to grind per se with Obama. I am not a conspiracy theorist. I only really began any regular blogging until after I saw the MSM doing a cover-up of the real issue. I just have researched the truth surrounding the controversy and want to give my friends and family another perspective (the unbiased truth) about this issue. Remember, Obama has now spent close to 1 MILLION DOLLARS defending lawsuits to keep any American citizen from seeing his original vault certified birth certificate. No one has ever seen this one (except the Hawaii department of Health). Also, just to remind you, Mr. Obama REFUSED a writ request from the Honorable Justice Souter whereby Justice Souter requested for Obama to answer the writ with proof that he was a natural born citizen and to produce his birth certificate. The deadline was December 1 2008 and Obama blew off the justice and did not respond to his request. (This lawsuit before the Supreme Court was just denied on December 9th).

Now, what is my take on this? I have not really predicted any outcomes to date. I have simply laid the facts out there and asked people to pray for our Justices and our courts to do the right thing. Here is my personal feeling on this issue.
1. The clock has pretty much run out on this issue and the mainstream media has been complicit in the largest fraud perpetrated on the American people in the history of this great nation. The mainstream media has kept this issue buried and mis-reported long enough that a man has been elected to the office of President without ever providing the proper proof of his birth status to any legal entity.

2. The Supreme Court as much as it would probably like to intervene in this issue and enforce the Constitution, will have to now turn their back on this case for fear that a very significant percentage of the population of this country will literally burn this country to the ground and engage in a national riot of unprecedented proportions. These would be the kind of people that voted for Obama in the first place and care more about their man being in the WhiteHouse than whether or not he is a usurper of that position. These are the kinds of people that are used to the government providing handouts and pandering to their needs. You can probably put two and two together from this point, but mark my words, there would be be a national riot of unprecedented proportions if the Supreme Court rules that Obama is unqualified to serve as President. I wrote an entire blog on this three weeks ago- titled- Could There Be a National Riot?

3. The lawsuits will continue, the MSM will continue to print that Obama showed us his proof on factcheck.org and the stories will go around and around for many years to come.

4. The country will be fractured from this point on as real conservatives will know a fraud has been perpetrated on us and we will pretty much either have to go "quietly into the night" or constantly heave lawsuit upon lawsuit on the Usurper. The fracture will not be covered by the media. We will all appear to get along, because people like me that know the truth will not be out there burning down buildings in protest. We will not be marching in anger in Washington. And then over time the censors will eventually begin to censor us out of the process until it looks like it never happened.

That is my personal take on this issue. I wish it could have been different, but the Obama machine, the complicit mainstream media, the billions of dollars, and the forces of evil all worked together to keep the real truth from seeing the light of day.

Rod Blagojevich's Indictment is clearly linked to Obama despite news reports and cover- ups

I just finished reading the full indictment of Governor Rob Blagojevich and noticed something very interesting that once again is not being covered by the mainstream media. Barack Obama has flatly denied knowing anything about this scandal while two of his own Advisors - A and B and their recorded statements are all over this indictment. The connection between this corruption and Presumed President Elect Obama is quite evident in the indictment. The word "President-Elect" is mentioned 44 (that's right! forty four) times in the indictment. The word Advisor A is mentioned 31 times, and the word Advisor B is mentioned 19 times.

This indictment indicates an undercover operation that began in 2002 and was never brought out into the open until December 5th. Now I find it quite interesting that just when the conversations pretty much all headed toward what the President-Elect could or could not do, the recordings suddenly stop. Now listen carefully to what we are saying here. This investigation ran for almost 7 years, and when the phone calls in the last few weeks began to show a clear and definite trail to the White House- Obama WhiteHouse that is- that the government- FBI abruptly brings the investigation to a close. There may be enough now to indict the President Elect Advisors, and under certain circumstances, a President Elect might be indicted. Anything really linking Obama will simply be covered up. You might ask, why would the 6 year investigation come to a halt 8 days before the Electoral College vote? How about that Obama's team was poking around and when they got to the Justice Department and found out an investigation was going on and might be directly linked to at least 2 of Obama's advisors- (Advisor A and Advisor B in the indictment) they immediately wanted it shut down? Interesting timing wouldn't you admit? Just a few days after Obama is mentioned all over the secret governor's office recordings, they shut down a six year investigation and close down the wire taps? Come on, it was going to show a clear trail between Obama and the man that he wanted in his former Senate Seat and the governor wanted to appoint someone that Obama would find valuable enough that Obama could from the oval office, throw some Federal money and power in his direction. Below in the next paragraph is a direct statement relating Obama to the crimes committed last week. Read carefully.

I will provide you with a direct statement out of the indictment I found quite fascinating, here it is- exact wording from the indictment: - direct quote: "according to Advisor B, from the President-elect’s perspective, there would be fewer “fingerprints” on the President-elect’s involvement with Change to Win because Change to Win already has an existing stream of revenue and, therefore, “you won’t have stories in four years that they bought you off.” (these are exact words un-edited from the indictment) Did you really pick up what the President's Advisor is saying? He is saying- "hey look, from the President Elect's perspective, he would have fewer fingerprints on his involvement with you getting a lucrative salary by becoming part of an existing 501C non profit organization (Change to Win) rather than having a more direct "payoff" for putting in a Obama's recommendation for a replacement to his Senate seat." This Presumed President Elect is guilty as sin on this one. He has just been letting one of his plebe's do the dirty work on this one since he knows the Illinois political corruption process very well. Obama is part of this good old corruption club, he is just smarter than most of them and good at not getting tied directly to anything. But if this investigation goes like others around Obama, the Justice Department will not touch this one with a 10 foot pole. I will say, before the investigation is over, he will not have many of his old buds around on the street anymore because they will all be in the big house.

Obama says he does know anything about this. Wow!

Supreme Court DENIES Emergency stay of Electoral College in Donofrio vs Wells

The Supreme Court has denied to consider Donfrio vs Wells. the case requesting the Court to issue a stay of the Electoral College beyond December 15th. This is more troubling because the Court has not issued any comments to give anyone direction on how it might be changed to arouse their willingness to reconsider.

There are still a minimum of five other suits headed to the Supreme Court. More appear to headed that direction. This issue has always leaned toward an issue before the states and not the court, but I had really hoped the court would either at least consider the case or provide comments.. Perhaps one at the state level will accomplish what is needed. This is not the end for a fight regarding Obama's qualifications, it is just the beginning.

December 5th came and went with SCOTUS private conference regarding Obama's qualifications - Now What?

If you have followed any of the Internet blogs and threads over the last 2 months, you may have noticed that our country now has six cases before the U.S. Supreme Court challenging the legitimacy of the the Obama Presidency and over twenty active State and Federal lawsuits. New State and Federal lawsuits are now being added on a daily basis. There are so many suits being filed now, that those of out there in the blogosphere who are trying to keep up are starting to fall behind. Now again, this is not only with absolutely no help from the mainstream media, but those of us following this case and attempting to blog or report on it are being mis-quoted and the facts surrounding the controversy are being distorted or simply covered up by the same mainstream media..

Why the ruckus? What is all the fuss about? Are there that many people that are bitter about losing an election?
The answer: absolutely not. Then what is all the brouhaha about? Quite simply about one issue and only one real issue: both democrats and republicans, both candidates and Electors, both everyday citizens and members of the the DNC and RNC all simply want one issue settled.

Mr. Presumed President Elect Obama, please provide demonstrable evidence to just one person or Court or Judge or Secretary of State in America that you are constitutionally qualified to be elected on December 15th as our next President of the United States. You see, there is a now a national controversy that is building momentum in the courts and around the water coolers of this great country that Barack Hussein Obama has never provided one shred (you heard right) not one shred of evidence that he is Constitutionally qualified to serve as our President.

Now this controversy arose back in August during the Democratic National Convention when Philip Berg, a loyal supporter wanted to make sure that he was making an investment in a candidate that could legally occupy the office of President. That case muddled along through the courts until now- with Berg raising one very serious concern- backed by multiple accusations: that Mr. Obama has never provided evidence that he is a natural born citizen. Mr. Berg's case charges that Obama was not even born in America, while other cases- such as Donofrio's case charge that even if Obama were born in the U.S., he is still not qualified under the Constitution because his father was a British citizen from Kenya.

This almost rings of fiction, the kind that would make for a good novel or movie, but this is the truth. We are seeing first-hand in America -fraud and corruption- brought out into the open in the highest levels of our government. The Federal Election Commission, many Secretaries of State, many States Attorney Generals, Nanci Pelosi, the Democratic National Convention, the White House Press Staff, CNN, FOX News, MSNBC, (AOL and MSNBC got it all wrong) are all complicit with this national fraud being perpetrated on the American People. They are putting up smokescreens and roadblocks anywhere necessary to keep this issue positioned where it looks like a small bitter group of losers want to overturn the election. No one wants to overturn the election, we are just Americans that want to get the election right. After all, the real election is December 15.

We want Mr. Obama to produce his Original Vault Copy of his birth certificate and furthermore prove he is a natural born citizen- period.

- That is pretty much the demand in a nutshell. Yes, that is what Obama has spent over $800,000 of his campaign money to keep sealed from the American people. His legal bills are mounting daily to defend these lawsuits asking him to just be open with the American people. We are now seeing loyal supporters of Obama starting to write open letters to Obama requesting him to produce this documentation.

In reference to my blog title, let me fill you in on where we are. The Supreme Court met in full conference on Friday December 5th to make a determination as to whether they will take the emergency request from Donofrio to stay the Electoral College slated for December 15th. We have not heard an update from the court- as of Sunday evening whether they will even take the case. We may hear from the court on Monday if they will agree to hear the case. Then again, there is a likelihood that they will not make this move.

If the court chooses to look the other way regarding this stay of the Electoral College, they may then act on the Writ request submitted by Berg whereby the court "requested" for Mr. Obama to respond by December 1 with his response. That date came and went- and Mr. Obama basically thumbed his nose at our highest court- with no response to their request. Now, in fairness to the case, Mr. Obama was not legally bound to respond to the writ, but the writ simply asked for Mr. Obama to produce a real birth certificate - not the Factcheck.org laser copy short version.

The court could just wait for the next case, or act on any of the next five cases headed to the court, or it could deny them all and wait until the Electoral College votes are counted on January 6 and then act. In any case, we are now in Constitutional crisis mode because now there is no good clear workaround for the mess Obama has gotten us all into. Either he will be forced by the court to prove his citizenship, (which many of us doubt), or he will be sued right up until January 6th challenging his ability to be elected January 7 -after the votes are counted. We will have to work off the Constitution if the SCOTUS gets involved with Obama between January 6 and January 20th.

In summary, where are we now? The high court may or may not weigh in on this now. We do know two things for absolute certainty.
1. This will NOT go away on its on. It will be settled, now or later- but it WILL be settled.
2. The lawsuits will NEVER stop until he is either exposed prior to January 6, or they will continue until he is taken out as a Usurper.

This is just an update for anyone that is following this issue and does not want to get too far out there into conspiracy theories, just stick to the truth. After all, that is what we all want: the truth.

We only have Mr. Obama to thank for this mess now. Just imagine if he has already spent over $800,000.00 in legal fees keeping his birth records sealed, how much more he will be spending to keep the fight going? I predict before the dust settles on this, he will have spent in excess of $2,000,000.00 perhaps more in legal fees to keep his birth records sealed. Pray for the Presumed President Elect.

Pray for our Supreme Court Justices. Pray that they will make a wise and sound decision. Pray that Obama will see that he is tearing this country apart over his refusal to provide us proof of his qualification. Pray for this country if he is removed from the ballot December 15th. We have no idea how bad this could get before it is cleaned up.

Another Lawsuit filed to request a historic delay of the Electoral College!

I do not have much time to update anyone that may stumble across my blog, but this is another very important lawsuit with very important news that you need to check out. This lawsuit has been filed in the California Supreme Court requesting an emergency Writ of Mandamus and stay of the Electoral College vote of December 15th. This case has already been denied by the court and has been appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Why is this new suit so important?

1. It has plaintiffs that are both certified Electors in the State of California.
2. It has Vice Presidential Candidate as one of the plaintiffs.
3. It alleges possible Fraud in the California Electoral College including the fact that it alleges that at least one the Electors has been dead for at least 8 years! I am not kidding. Go read the emergency writ for yourself. I have downloaded the PDF document. The suit is: Gail Lightfoot, Neil Turner, Kathleen Flannagan, James Obenschain, Camden McConnell, Pamela Barnett, and Evelyn Brady vs: California Secretary of State Deborah Bowen and DOES 1-100. received by the Court Clerk of the California Supreme Court. It has already been denied and a subsequently appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Once again- complete and total news blackout- no mention of this in the mainstream media. And lastly, this one really gets to the core of fraud at the highest levels of government in the State of California along with the DNC.
This is a very serious lawsuit with many implications. Of course this suit also alleges that Barack Hussein Obama is not a natural born citizen. This is due to his dual citizenship status at birth which was of course conferred upon him by virtue of his father's nationality- Kenya.(which was British in 1961).

Again, be in prayer for the Justices of the Supreme Court regarding our Presumed President Elect. We must also be in an attitude of prayer for our country. If any of these suits results in a historic delay of the Electoral College, I believe in my heart there will be people throughout America that may react bitterly to this news.

Mainstream Media: what has you muzzled about Barack Obama's eligibility to run for President as a natural born citizen?

I have written now for almost 40 days concerning the media blackout regarding Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility to run for office of President of the United States. During this time I have contacted CNN, FOX, Rush Limbaugh, O'Reilly, and Neal Boortz. I have hoped that I would either a receive a response from one of the networks or perhaps hear something or read something in print. I have however seen one or two negative one-sided articles where their writers lambaste anyone who is following and supporting this grassroots effort.

There has really only been ONE talk show host actually take this issue on head-on and that one host is Michael Savage.My wife and I have discussed this issue every evening and have continued to discuss at length about what force- what pressure - what group- what agency has caused these people to go quiet on this? The news blackout came on so suddenly and simultaneously. It even affected what the White House has to say about the issue. When the White House Deputy Press Secretary Tony Fratto was asked about this issue just a week ago, here is his response: "I don't think I have anything to say on that, Lester, and I think we're going to end it right there. Thank you." You can look at almost all of my blog headings and one thread is constant- a total and complete media blackout on the "Presumed President Elect" Mr. Obama regarding his eligibility status.

Why I would ask you as a reader- would every major media outlet in the United States suddenly go quiet on this important subject? What kind of force or power could cause this reaction in what he have historically heralded as bastions of truth crying in the wilderness? I do know that Mr. Savage had recently been engaged in a very serious lawsuit with the Counsel of American and Islamic Relations. I also know that three weeks ago Mr. Savage came on his show and announced that for reasons he was not at liberty to discuss- that he was dropping the lawsuit against CAIR. He said he could not go into detail, but that for the "sake of my family" "I am stopping the legal action." Now ask yourself, why does arguably the most fearless conservative radio talk show host in America suddenly drop a lawsuit he is most surely to win? He only mentions "for the sake of my family" and asks us to leave it up to our imaginations as to what he means. Surely it could not have anything to do with Islamic Fascism could it? Surely it could not have anything to do with a family's safety now could it?

Now, let's shift gears for just a moment. Who did Barack Husein Obama use as his head counsel in the lawsuit filed demanding for him to prove his eligibility to be elected President of the United States? As I mentioned last month, he chose the top gun Counsel on Islamic American Relations hit man - Joseph Sandler to be his head counsel. Now Mr. Sandler was the head counsel for the DNC for over a decade, but a couple of years ago, he began to be the legal hit man for CAIR.

Now - track with me for a moment as we put together the connecting dots. You may possibly remember a horrid story regarding a threatening legal action against the Young America's Foundation in August of 2007. Who was the attorney noted by Jihad Watch that was threatening legal action by the Counsel on American and Islamic Relations? None other than Joseph Sandler. If you research Mr. Sandler and CAIR you will be able to start putting together the dots. We have one of the most feared liberal legal hit men in America representing Obama all the way to the Supreme Court to block access to Obama's records. There are now five - (that's right FIVE) lawsuits before the Supreme Court, plus almost 20 Federal Lawsuits - coast to coast in America.

Now, to shift gears on you one more time- let me take you to a radio ad I heard today regarding the need for Americans to get behind a national move which may effectively ban public radio conservative talk show hosts. It has been called the "Fairness Doctrine". If you research Joe Sandler and the Fairness Doctrine you will come across the relationship over and over. Joe Sandler wants people to say and write what Joe Sandler allows you to say. He is the legal hit man for a very powerful force in this country and also the legal hit man for Barack Husein Obama. I stumbled across a blog- just in the last day or so that helped me start connecting more of these dots myself. I cannot remember the name of the blog, but she mentioned the FCC. What if these mainstream media mouthpieces all received the right kind of threatening phone call? What if they got the word that some very powerful government agency (take a guess) might take away their right to broadcast if they mention any more about Obama? I have never been into conspiracy theories, I am not prone in that direction, but you have to admit that there really has a been a full and complete media blackout regarding Obama's qualification question.

Mainstream media- who or what has muzzled our ability to report the truth that over seventeen Federal Lawsuits have been filed, five cases are sitting before the United States Supreme Court? A national effort has been undertaken to send certified letters to every Elector in the United States demanding that they force Barack Hussein Obama to prove his eligibility. Who has muzzled your ability or willingness to report that on December 5th, all nine Supreme Court Justices will be debating a possible delay of the Electoral College? What has happened to your ability to report the news fair and balanced? Mr. Limbaugh, Mr. Boortz, Mr. Hannity, Mr. O'Reilly, Fox News, what are you afraid of? Did you get the same call in the same week?

Latest Obama qualification for President Emgerceny Stay Request resubmitted to Justice Scalia

The 3rd Supreme Court case that was virtually "derailed" by being originally denied by Justice Ginsburg, then sidetracked for Anthrax testing at the Supreme Court has been successfully resubmitted to Justice Scalia! This is great news for those us who still believe in the rule of law and answers to prayers!

We still do not know if this emergency stay application will be distributed by Justice Scalia for the full court this Friday. We are all watching to see if this will make it to the full conference of all nine Justices this Friday. This is case number 08-A469 at the U.S. Supreme Court. (No thanks to the complete media blackout and cover-up of all threeof these cases at the Supreme Court).

It sounds as if a great deal of scrambling and confusion is going on with the Supreme Court regarding these the Supreme Court cases pending against Barack Hussein Obama. Case number 08A407 had originally been denied by Justice Souter and then re-accepted by Justice Thomas. Then, it appeared that Justice Thomas had recommended this case for full conference discussion of all nine Justices on December 5th, but wait, there is more. Now if you go to the Supreme Court and check out the latest filings, you will learn that apparently this case is now much further down the road than we have been led to believe. Plus for whatever reason, some documents have been backdated. Now it appears that the Justices have all agreed to discuss this in full conference on Friday. This is really great news for those of us that still believe in the hope of our highest court to do the right and honorable thing.
Why do I continue to write about this and stay on this issue? Is it because I am a bitter loser and have ill will toward Senator Obama? Absolutely not! If we were 12 days from the Electoral College vote on the President and I was aware that John McCain had spent almost a million dollars fighting 17 Federal lawsuits and was vigorously making attempts to wash 3 cases from the Supreme Court, and was refusing to allow anyone in America to see his qualifications to run for President, I would be just as engaged as I am now. I would NOT want a usurper serving as the President of this great country. If I knew that John McCain was born to a Citizen of Kenya (British state in Africa) and was not a natural born American; if I knew that he had most likely also been a citizen of Indonesia for the first 8 or 10 years of his life, I would want my country to get to the bottom of this and learn the truth. If it had to go to the highest court in the land, I would want the right thing to be done even if it was not for "my man" for the Presidency.

Allow me to digress and remind any readers of the real truthful issue at hand here. We have a man that has made it to the U.S. Senate, has been nominated by the Democratic Party to run for President, a man that has just won a popular vote in the U.S. for office of President that has NEVER once proven he is Constitutionally qualified to serve as either Senator or President of this great country. You heard me right. This is the truth. He has never been certified in a court of law, he has never been certified by a Congressional hearing (like was John McCain) he has never been certified by a Secretary of State, by our U.S. Secretary of State that he is qualified to run for this office.

You may ask- how did he get this far along without being checked? The answer; we have never been here before in our Constitutional history. What do I mean by that statement? Well our Constitution makes it clear who can serve as President, but what it does not make clear- and has never in our history ever been tested before is what legal process do we go through to solve a case like this. If the candidate claims he is qualified but then seals all his records and will not allow any citizens or courts to check our his credentials, what should our country do? There has never really been law specially written to force candidate to prove this. They have always complied with requests to do so- except Obama. So when authors and researchers started trying to learn about this mystery man that the Democratic Committee had groomed to be our next President, they began running into roadblocks as to his background. First test- ALL of his records are under seal. I mean all birth records, all College records, all school loan records (if they exist), all medical records, all travel records- are all under seal. No one can get to them. Every time anyone sues in Federal or State court to gain access to any records, Obama's hot shot legal team goes to work and gets the case dismissed. What is their primary weapon? Every case before the courts - all 17 federal and state cases are all dismissed due to what they call "lack of standing". What this means to average citizens is that since we are just worthless little plebes, we do not have the legal right to challenge the great and almighty Obama.
So why is it now before the Supreme Court? Because, finally Alan Keyes who ran against Obama can stand before the court and show harm done to him by running against an illegal candidate. It is that simple. Now, Berg has sued Obama and his case is before the Supreme Court because he is a democrat and contributed money to Obama's campaign. He did this before learning that Obama was likely an illegal immigrant and also is not a natural born citizen. He can show harm because he spent his time and money helping Obama get nominated by the Democratic party only to learn he was not qualified to be there.

Believe it or not, these are the simple facts in the case- facts that the mainstream media has covered up now for 5 months. The mainstream media is complicit with the Democratic National Committee in the largest fraud cover-up in the history of our great country. We just want the truth to come out, and I, for one, believe that eventually as the Scripture says- that which is hidden will be exposed.

Pray for our Supreme Court Justices to make the right decision this Friday December 5th. Two of four of these Justices have already denied applications to the court for a simple request- for Obama to prove who he is. Thankfully so far, at least one judge - Clarence Thomas has agreed to accept the cases.

Pray for our leaders, our country, and our judges. Pray that Obama would have a change of heart and would either resign or open up to the truth the American people seek. All we want is the truth and for our country to follow our Constitution. That is all I want- I just want the right thing to be done in this election. Once again, if Obama were miraculously proven to be a natural born citizen and qualified to be elected on December 15th, he would have my full support. Latest Supreme Court Case: Cort Wrotnowski vs Susan Bysiewicz, Connecticut Secretary of State Now SIDETRACKED by being sent for Anthrax testing !

I cannot believe I am updating this blog with this incredible news.

Ladies and gentlemen, we are facing an all out war for the future of this country- and it is being played out in the halls of the U.S. Supreme Court! I can hardly believe what has happened at the Supreme Court over Thanksgiving weekend. First of all, Cort, submitted an emergency stay application to Justice Ginsburg on Nov. 25th. She denied the application on Nov. 26th. (being the liberal she is- like Justice Souter) Cort, then resubmitted the application to Justice Scalia Saturday morning Nov. 29th, and Justice Scalia accepted the emergency stay application.

Is it being acted on and considered in their conference on December 5th? NO!!. Why? For some mysterious reason, this emergency stay application requesting the court to quickly look into Obama's qualifications for President has been sidetracked for ANTHRAX testing!. I am not kidding, this is not sick humor, this really happened Saturday Nov. 29th. Some very powerful people in our government have decided that an emergency application submitted to the Supreme Court should not be seen by the court. It is delayed for 7 days in the Anthrax testing facility. Now everyone, this is absurd! This is criminal! It is happening right under our noses in the highest court of the land.

If this sits there for a week, it will miss the deadline for conference and would not be re-considered until January 9th 2009 (too late to change even the results of the Electoral College).

Mr. Cort will be resubmitting this brief to the Supreme Court Tuesday morning December 2nd. for reconsideration. If you are concerned about the future of this country, please contact the Supreme Court let the court know you feel. Just image this- did the emergency stay application make to the electronic level in the court where the justices see it? NO! it got sidetracked and pulled out and sent right to the Anthrax testing facility. Has Mr. Cort been contacted by the FBI regarding anything about this? No.

We are calling people everywhere to use Tuesday as a day of prayer for our Supreme Court Justices, and to fight the evil forces that are moving against us at the court level.
We are also asking everyone that has not written your representative or Elector to please write them and ask them to demand that Obama's qualifications according to article II of the Constitution be followed.

I am sad to admit that not one major news media outlet in this great country will breath a word of this. The only voice I have found in the entire country is a small Internet radio station that has been broadcasting the plaintiff's in these lawsuits.

AOL is first mainstream media to finally cover the Obama birth certificate and qualification for Presidency Issue

Well the media blackout has finally allowed a bit of light into the fray concerning the qualification controversy surrounding our Presumed President Elect Barack Hussein Obama. For several weeks now, I have been keeping you updated on actual facts - and only facts surrounding the controversy regarding Senator Obama. Now, AOL has become the first major news player to cover the controversy from an actual journalistic perspective without calling people like me a nutcase. You may have noticed a front page ad in the Chicago Tribune that forced some of the media to at least pay attention to our cause.

Now, for a very quick summary of the facts.

1. Regardless of what the MSM has shoved down your throat from slanted articles to pushing factcheck.org claiming they have proven Obama's qualifications for President, he has never once- by any court, or Secretary of State of any state or any element of our Federal Government been vetted- to be qualified to run for the office of President of the United States. Please,- try to disprove me- (as long as you go somewhere besides factcheck.org for your proof)

2. Obama has spent now nearly 1 MILLION DOLLARS fighting in 17 Federal lawsuits (2 of which have made their way to the U.S.Supreme Court) to keep anyone from seeing his original vault certified birth certificate. EVERY single lawsuit has been challenged on procedure and standing- rather than merit. (all of this under national media blackout)

3. Justice Souter issued a Writ- to Obama almost a month ago- asking (not demanding) that Obama answer the writ as to his response to charges he is not qualified to hold the office of President. Did Obama respond to the writ due December 1- today? No, he thumbed his nose up to Justice Souter and refused to answer the writ.

4. All 9 justices are scheduled for a full conference on December 5th, (this Friday). If 4 of these justices
decided to move either one of these two lawsuits forward, it is very difficult to tell what may happen. (They may elect to delay the Electoral College scheduled for Dec 15th) They may move right into emergency session to get these cases moving.

5. The last lawsuit filed with the Supreme Court- does not revolve around the birth certificate- it simply claims that Obama is not a natural born citizen because his father was a British citizen when Obama was born and his mother was not qualified to carry Obama's citizenship . This is a very interesting case.

6. Obama has elected to seal his travel records, his Selective service registration, his medical records, ALL of his college records, really just about everything in his life that he could seal.We do not even have record of when Obama officially changed his names- and his various aliases- such as Barry Soetero. By the way, even Kenya has sealed his birth records. (Interesting that Kenya would seal birth records of someone not born there)

My take on this:

We are facing a constitutional crises as a result of Obama not being forthright with the American people, with judges sitting on these cases since August when Obama entered the Democratic primary. Many have asked- how did we get so close to December 15th- (the Electoral College date) to be dealing with this? Again- suits were filed all over America asking for these answers but Obama' legal team went to work shutting down these suits. The Judges ran the clock down on these- some right up until Nov. 3rd to keep this from seeing the light of day.

The mainstream media has committed a national crime by refusing to cover one single lawsuit without simply reporting the facts. Every time this whole issue has every been brought up by the mainstream media, they have treated this story with disdain, ridicule and scorn. We have been labeled as bitter racists losers. (By the way- Alan Keyes- is black!).

We may have a national riot outbreak if the Supreme Court oversees Obama 's name being removed from ballots in the Electoral College. (See my earlier posts)

There are very powerful forces at work in our country. Those of us that are rational, sane minded citizens that believe in the rule of law, believe in the Constitution, believe in supporting our leaders- must pray for our country and pray for our Presumed President Elect. If he is in fact qualified to serve as President- we as a nation need to get this behind us and we must support and pray for him. If he is fact proven to be a fraud, and very likely an illegal alien, then we as a nation need to try to remain calm in this and understand that this man brought this on himself and brought this on our country. He may likely be guilty of treason and should then be prosecuted as a criminal.

At this point in this crisis, I can only say- may God have mercy on our nation.

U.S. Supreme Court Now Considering 3rd Obama qualifications lawsuit while media keeps complete and total news blackout on all 3 Suits!

Wow! We now have a third lawsuit before the United States Supreme Court regarding Barack Hussein Obama's qualifications to run for the office of President of the United States! Where is the mainstream media for this third historic lawsuit? Oh, I forgot, they are playing national cover-up and news blackout while they distract uninformed Americans with trivial news.

Now this is news! Three cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and all three now have precedent in previous Supreme Court rulings- so- who knows, the SCOTUS may just get this one right and rule that Mr. Obama (our Presumed President Elect) has to prove his Natural Born Citizen status. My wife and I have discussed this over and over- and we are pinching ourselves to make sure we are not in a science fiction dream involving this cover-up and news blackout. We have asked ourselves, does no one in America not really know what is taking place right under their noses?

Here is the latest Supreme Court info I am following.The first two Supreme Court cases are 08-A570 and 08-A407 and this newest lawsuit lawsuit is on for a full conference of all 9 justices on Dec. 5th The docket number is: 08A-469. The title of this third suit is\
Cort Wrotnowski, Applicant v. Susan Bysiewicz, Connecticut Secretary of State.

This suite would have been heard Nov 3rd, one day before the election, but Justice Souter's stay clerk took it upon himself to deny the stay request in the name of Justice Souter! Now, there appears, I say appears- to have been a crime committed by Justice Souter's stay clerk Danny Bickell who denied the emergency stay without sending it to the Justice on November 3rd, one day before the election. This action has apparently altered the course of U.S. history. A formal disciplinary complaint has been submitted to Chief Justice Roberts regarding the false actions of this law clerk. Some have requested a full investigation up to possible charges of obstruction of Justice. This is movie material! This is front page material!

The first suit is a Writ request from Justice Souter, asking Obama to voluntarily provide his credentials without the use of legal force or other means and this Writ is due December 1. So far, has Obama cooperated with Justice Souter to answer the Writ as to his eligibility to be elected December 15th? Nope. Now think about this, you are running for President, you have passed the general election and the Electoral College is set to vote on you December 15th. Do you respond to the request by a Supreme Court Justice? Not if you are Obama. He is thumbing his nose at a Supreme Court Justice who has requested to keep this low profile. So, what is next? Well, Justice Souter may do nothing with this. He may notice that Obama has rejected his request and not escalate this to the next level with the other Justices. He may go ohead and let Berg's suit move forward. However, in 4 more days after this writ is due, he will be meeting with the other 8 Justices regarding two other lawsuits that are before the court. I do know that Supreme Court justices do not like to be scoffed, so Justice Souter may not be such a happy camper during the meeting on December 5th.

The other lawsuits that will be discussed by the Justices in a private meeting on December 5th, will affect U.S. history forever. If just 4 of the jusitices decide they want to move either case of the 3 lawsuits forward, then it will actually go before the Supreme Court for hearings, and since time is of the essence, they will most certainly either walk away from the entire situation or call for an emergency hearing regarding any or all three lawsuits. In either case, U.S. history will definately be affected as a result of their meetings Dec. 5.

The total irony- NOTHING on CNN, NOTHING on Fox, we are all having to do our own research to come up with this information! There continues to be a news blackout on the biggest constiutional crises in modern U.S history.

One final comment on this third case- it does not involve the birth certificate at all. Mr Wrotnowski's claim is that Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen simply because his father was not a U.S. citizen but a citizen of Kenya under British rule at the time of Obama's birth. Mr. Wrotnowski claims that since Obama was born under the authority of both Britain (his father's law of citizenship) and born in the United States to a non- U.S. citizen, then he CANNOT be a natural born citizen. It would take some action to remove the British authority over him. It is quite the fascinating argument. I am not a scholar in this area, but this will be an interesting case to follow since it goes right to the core of Article 2 of our Constiution. May the rule of law prevail.

Could Obama's disqualification for President cause a National Riot?

I am posting this information because of my growing fear of a Constitutional crisis and possible unprecedented violence and bloodshed in the streets of America in the very near future. This could result in horrific behavior by many Americans depending on the outcome of several lawsuits pending before the courts.

Why would I express this concern? Because our media has continued to refuse any mention of serious lawsuits to possibly prohibit Obama from being elected to be president. For example, FoxNews.com has a full listing on the sidebar of their website referencing all the issues and cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. I even found 2 headlines about "Obama and the Supreme Court" but neither one of these headlines had anything to do with these lawsuits before the Supreme Court. I went to their site and selected the section regarding the Supreme Court news- hoping that finally Fox would in fact follow their advertised philosophy of "We Report- You Decide" but they just will not report- perhaps so we can't decide- who knows?

The first case is Berg vs. Obama (Supreme Court Docket 08-570) which has Writ Request due back from Obama December 1st to answer the court as to his birth standing and his qualifications to be elected President on Dec. 15th.

The Second case- and the one that may gain more traction with the court- is a case against the New Jersey Secretary of State ( 08-A407) slated for a FULL CONFERENCE of all 9 Justices for December 5th. This is 4 days after Obama's writ deadline and just 10 short days before the Election of President by the Electors.

Personally, I believe this is not only Supreme Court news that should have at least been mentioned by CNN, MSNBC, and FOX, but I also believe this is huge news that should be being talked about by every citizen that is following the election. (Remember- the election is not over- it is over December 15th- right after the Electors vote for their choice of President)

Not only are these news networks keeping the American people in the dark regarding this subject, but I believe they are doing a serious injustice to the American people. Why? Because they are not letting the American people know that there might be a historic ruling by a Federal Judge. There might be a historic ruling by a State Supreme Court. There might be a historic ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court. It could be an unprecedented ruling regarding the disqualification of a Presidential Candidate.

Why is this so critical? Think about it - 52% of the American people are in an emotional frenzy over what they have "think they have" accomplished by electing Barack Obama. Unfortunately, based on what I have learned about a very- very large percentage of these voters,- they actually believe they voted on the President, -that he was elected President and will take office January 20th.

However, please note: they did NOT elect Obama to be President. They voted for Electors to represent their state's wishes in the real election on December 15th. He is not even legally or technically the "President Elect" until after he is "elected" December 15th in the Electoral College. He is technically the "Presumed President Elect" between Nov 5th and December 15th.

This emotional frenzy over the Obama Presidency has produced very strong emotional feelings with many millions of Americans. Obama himself has created a new office in government- he calls it the "Office of the President Elect" which many legal experts believe is in direct violation of 18 USC Sec. 713. This code prohibits using the Great Seal of the United States in this manner. There is no such Federal office with this name- there never has been. Not only that, he has used this new fictitious name to register www.change.gov- for this fictitious office-- further leading people to believe that this is an actual government website- which it is NOT. Now, please do not misunderstand me, I am not suggesting actually prosecuting him for these deceptions. I am not angry that he has used "image" in a new manner.

My point is that Senator Obama and his team have created this image; this feeling; this general acceptance by many American people and further encouraged by the media- that he is actually the President Elect- actually preparing for office- already.
Now, having reached this point, how is half this country going to react if a Federal Judge, or the Supreme Court rules that Barack is ineligible to "Run" for office on Dec.15th? You see, between the Obama team and the media, they have both been culpable of feeding this frenzy up to this point.. Emotions will be running very high, and if the court decisions were to disqualify him from office, - I believe we may see unprecedented violence, bloodshed, and death in the streets of America.

America needs to know about these 2 Supreme Court cases, America deserves to know about the other 13 Federal lawsuits- demanding Obama prove his citizenship. (There are more coming- every day).
America needs to know that certified letters have been sent to virtually all 538 Electors requesting that they demand Obama's birth records from Congress. America needs to know there is a very large, growing national movement under foot to have Obama prove he is qualified to run for President.

America deserves better. Americans deserves to get this discussion out into the national dialogue. It must be discussed openly, it must be allowed to develop into a proper mature discussion among co-workers and family members. This way, it will give Americans time to properly prepare their emotions for this national debate. If the mainstream media had not kept this covered up, it could have helped Americans get this national discussion out in the open. Then Americans might have had more time to deal with their emotions and prepare emotionally for this crisis.

I will be praying for this country and for its citizens that I am wrong in my assumptions. I encourage others to examine this issue and begin spreading the word to get this issue into the national dialogue. I encourage others to pray for this country and for our our future president. Again, I may be wrong; the Supreme Court may scoff at the Constitution in fear of a national panic. They may not rule that Obama "must" produce his eligibility to serve as President in clear violation of Article 2 of our Constitution. They may ignore the 20th Amendment to the Constitution. Whatever has caused the other Federal Judges and State Supreme Court justices to rule in favor of Obama's tenuous efforts to seal his real birth records may continue through these appeals processes. It may go right to Congress where Congress scoffs at the Constitution. Who knows how many levels of government may cave under the idea of a national riot?

Please pray for America and I hope I am wrong about this post.

Millions of Americans have now begun joining forces for a coordinated grassroots effort to lobby all Electors who will be voting in the Electoral College on December 15th. We now have coordinated websites, communications set up, and statewide teams with volunteers to lobby our Electors the next 3 weeks. We are all banded together simply to request of them to follow the Constitution and verify that the publicly elected "presumed" President Elect must prove his qualifications to be elected as the next President of the United States.
The national news media has chosen a full blackout on the now 13 Federal Lawsuits and 2 Lawsuits before the United States Supreme Court. Since they are keeping America in the dark, those of us who have been following this issue have now become organized for the last stand to support our Constitution.

Supreme Court Now considering 2nd Obama Lawsuit regarding his eligility to be elected and continued mainstream media still in News Blackout

Just 25 days before the Electoral College votes on our next president, we now have a second case before the U.S. Supreme Court amounting to a Constitutional Crisis. The newest lawsuit before the Supreme Court is case number 08A407 filed November 18th and ACCEPTED by Justice Thomas. (Leo C. This is a lawsuit appealed before the New Jersey Supreme Court from just last week. Justice Thomas has elected to distribute this suit before all nine Justices in a private conference slated for December 5th 2008. This private conference may or may not result in further action from the court. It is slated 4 days after the deadline for the Writ from Justice Souter who has requested for Obama to produce his eligibility to be elected by the Electoral College on December 15th.
Why am I continuing to post on this issue? Is it because I have any hate or ill will toward Senator Obama? Absolutely not. I have no feelings one way or another against him personally. I am quite fascinated with him as a politician and have great respect for what he has accomplished.

I am posting for two primary reasons.

1. I do believe that the mainstream media is so controlled by powers and forces most Americans do not comprehend, that they are maintaining a complete and total news blackout and cover up about any and all news coverage regarding Barack Obama's eligibility to be elected President.

2. I believe that truth should prevail in this election, and that we should simply follow our Constitution and the rule of law in our electoral process- specifically when it comes to the office of President of the United States.

Regardless of what the media tells you to think or feel- believe me when I say that rumor, hatred, and speculation never makes it way to Federal Courts and the Supreme Court unchecked and un-verified. This is not rumor or hate - this is fact. Obama has NOT settled or proven to one single authority anywhere in America that he is qualified to serve as President.

Obama has been fighting in Federal Courts in over a dozen lawsuits around the county to keep his "real" identity hidden since late summer. Now, thanks to Obama fighting in Court all this time to keep anyone from seeing his real birth certificate, we are headed for a showdown 2 weeks prior to the Electoral College. Now, don't play that "factcheck.org" line (that the media has so well brainwashed so many others with) as your defense of your ignorance- the factcheck.org certificate of live birth they call it - is what is at the center of all the lawsuits. Remember- Obama has in EVERY single lawsuit- used a legal procedure to try to dismiss the suits to keep anyone from seeing his birth certificate. He has NEVER submitted one to any court or Judge or any Election Official anywhere in America.

My post would run for pages and pages if I were to undertake the philosophical issues of why the media is covering this up. I will keep it simple for this post. There is such an overwhelming desire by the mainstream media to have Obama elected on December 15th, that they are willing to abandon all principle, all integrity, all honesty, and more importantly are actually willing to bury important important information from the American public to keep the American people uninformed prior to December 15.
Why would the media cover this up? Why would we hear nothing about this except for one media outlet - NBC Augusta- ? Answer- if they keep all of America in the dark on this issue, and keep us distracted with other news events, then we as Americans will not be writing our Congressmen, our Senators, we will not be writing the Electoral Board, we will not be contacting our Secretaries of State, we will not be contacting our Supreme Court Justices, we will not be contacting our State Electoral College representatives and asking them to review the qualifications for the candidate for whom they are to consider.

I have never been one prone to speculation, I have never been prone to conspiracy theories, I have never been one to send out emails spreading rumor, but I am now pouring my heart into this issue before the American people and begging fellow open minded Americans to check me out on this. Still News Coverups and News Blackout Regarding Historic Lawsuit to request Barack Obama's Original Birth Certificate Nov 18th

Well, just a brief update this morning, the hearing before the Circuit Court of Hawaii took place as scheduled in Hawaii on the Tuesday morning at 10:30. This is an historic court case, perhaps the most significant thus far in this century. Did anyone catch the update from CNN, or the "We Report You Decide" news network? No? Did the New York Times cover it? Of course not- no one in mainstream media is covering the most important lawsuit in this century. The judge heard vigorous argument from the Attorney General of the State of Hawaii as to why America does not need to see Obama's proof of citizenship. - Now can you just think about this for a moment? We have an Attorney General that is arguing before a Federal Judge- pleading with the Judge to keep Obama's birth certificate sealed! Hard to believe, but true. The Judge did not rule on the hearing yesterday to allow Andy Martin access to the vault birth certificate. No one knows which way this may go, but ladies and gentlemen, we continue to be staring a crisis in the face- a crisis of deception; a crisis of news cover-ups; a crisis of media bias of epic proportions. Not only that, be we are facing a crisis of a President Elect who is fighting on every turn to keep us from seeing his real birth certificate. His team continues to maintain that the laser copy displayed on factcheck.org is sufficient for the American People to prove he is qualified to serve as President of the United States!
Everyone, please check me out, contact every media outlet you can, contact your Congressmen and Representatives to help us demand that this man cease the legal fights to seal his birth records and show us who he is before December 15th, the date of the Electoral College.

I have spent the last few hours scouring CNN, FOX, other media outlets, search engines, you name it and I still cannot believe my eyes. There is an absolute total and complete news blackout worldwide regarding perhaps the most important lawsuit so far in this century; a simple lawsuit being waged by Mr. Andy Martin to have the Hawaii Courts allow access to Obama's original birth certificate.

I am fascinated that the news media can cover trivial and mundane stories, but a story of this Constitutional magnitude is left to the blogs on the Internet to spread the word. Oh, I get it, you have been told that people like me that are following this case are as O'Reilly puts it- "nut jobs". Well, today at 10:30 am Hawaii time was the time slated for one of the most important court cases of our lifetime- and no mainstream news media has even mentioned it. So, I will copy for you the text of the case re-filed before the Appeals Court in Hawaii- (I have relied on Mr Andy Martin's site for copy of this text of his lawsuit).

Please take a few minutes to read his submission to the court to learn what was to be argued in court today. Oh- by the way- guess who filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit based on "standing" again- none other than the Attorney General of the State of Hawaii. Even he does not want Barack Hussein Obama's original birth certificate to see the light of day.

Mr. Martin now comes before the court with an even more compelling case- that this birth certificate now must be considered a part of American History since it is now the only possible proof of his eligibility to serve in the Office of the President. Please take a few minutes to read his motion to the court. I believe it will not only answer many of your questions, but will validate opinions like mine which have been maintained for some time now. Obama for whatever reasons, does NOT want America to see the original Vault Certified Birth Certificate. What is he hiding? Perhaps the Court will rule to allow the American people to settle once and for all what is on the original birth certificate. Now we may all learn that Obama was born in the hospital he claims, on the day he claims, and that he is a natural born U.S. Citizen. If he does, we will of course question why he fought so viciously to prevent us from seeing it- but then we will all move on and look forward to his inauguration. However, if something on that certificate does not measure up to the one that Obama has "purported" as the original,then, who knows- perhaps a crime has been committed, perhaps wire fraud has been committed as some have charged.
Whatever the case, not one journalist in the world right now seems to covering what I believe to be one of the most important newsworthy events of this generation.

Preliminary Statement
When this case was filed on October 17, 2008, the status of the document to which Plaintiff was seeking access was one involving intense political curiosity. Today, the underlying principles of this lawsuit have irretrievably morphed: the status of the document sub judice has now become a part of American history. Plaintiff’s right to examine the original 1961, typewritten document—now a crucial record of American history—has become overwhelmingly stronger.
Therefore, for the reasons that follow in this Memorandum, this Court at the hearing on November 18th must apply the legal principles applicable to access to historical documents.
I.
The birth certificate and efforts to
manipulate the birth certificate

A. Barack Hussein Obama (hereinafter “Obama”) was apparently born in Honolulu in August, 1961. He may have been born elsewhere and had his birth registered in Honolulu. We do not know.
B. The State of Hawai’i generated a typewritten Certificate of Live Birth (”COLB”) for Mr. Obama in 1961. There may have also been a separate document issued by the hospital, if he was born in a hospital, certifying to the birth. These documents collectively will be referred to as the “birth certificate.” We know that the 1961 document is in existence because defendant Fukino claimed on October 31st that she had examined the document, see Exhibit A.
C. In June, 2008 Obama released a copy of his COLB to some media, though not all. See Exhibit B. The COLB was purported to be an “original,” although obviously it bears no resemblance to the original, typewritten 1961 document.
In response, some individuals have posted on the Internet copies of their temporally similar COLB’s: they bear no relationship to Exhibit B, see e.g. Exhibit C, furnished to Plaintiff by a civic-minded citizen (original copy available on request). Exhibit C contains considerably more detailed information than Exhibit B (p. 3).
D. The firestorm over where Obama was born, and to whom, continued to grow. After Plaintiff filed this lawsuit, seeking access under both the Hawai’i Public Health Statistics Act as well as the Uniform Information Procedures Act (UIPA”), defendant Fukino apparently ordered retrieval of the 1961 original and claimed to have examined it.
But Fukino went further, soliciting media coverage and expressing opinions about the ultimate facts contained in the document. Fukino also tried to use her professional access to the record to politically attack citizens who had raised legitimate questions about the document, see Exhibit B, p. 1.
E. On November 4, 2008, Obama became President-elect. Whatever prior status the COLB had as a document of intense political interest, a fortiori on November 4th the document passed “into the ages” as a vital, original manuscript of American history.
F. This Court has issued an Order to Show Cause (”OSC”) why Plaintiff should not be granted access to and a copy of the file relating to the original, typewritten 1961 COLB and any related documents from the hospital on which the COLB is based. The Attorney General (”AG”) has filed a cross-motion to dismiss. The court is scheduled to conduct a hearing on all matters on November 18, 2008.
II.
The applicable legal principles in this lawsuit
Plaintiff respectfully submits that there are three overarching principles of law that govern a procedural analysis of this litigation.
The first principle is the well-established doctrine of waiver.
The second principle is the canons of statutory construction that apply to analysis of the claim in this lawsuit.
Finally, since this lawsuit was filed under Hawai’i law, Hawai’i law controls the decision of this Court.
Each issue will be addressed in turn.
III.
The waiver issue
A. The Ashwander doctrine
Hawai’i has adopted the Ashwander doctrine, State v. Lo, 66 haw. 653, 675 P.2d 754, 757 (Haw. 1983) citing Ashwander v. TVA, 297 U.S. 288, 347, 56 S.Ct. 466 (1936)(Brandeis, J., concurring), see also State v. Poaipuni, 98 Haw. 387, 49 P.3rd 353, 367 (Haw. 2002)(Moon, J., concurring). Ashwander provides that a court will decide a case on the narrowest possible grounds necessary to a decision.
In this lawsuit, for example, if the case can be decided on the basis of “waiver,” the Court does not need to resolve statutory questions. If the Court can decide the issues based on statutory construction of the plain language and structure of the statute, legislative intent is unnecessary. If statutory construction is sufficient, the Court need not address constitutional claims.
B. Hawai’i waiver principles
Hawai’i law clearly recognizes the principle of waiver in civil matters, Uncle John’s vs. Mid-Pacific, 71 Haw. 412, 794 P.2d 614, 616-617 (Haw. 1990), Great American v. Aetna Casualty, 76 Haw. 346, 876 P.2d 1314, 1319 (Haw. 1994). The best analysis of the definition of waiver that falls squarely on the convoluted issues of this case, however, is found at Ikeoka v. Kong, 47 Haw. 220, 386 P.2d 855, 870 (Haw. 1963) in a concurring opinion by Justice Lewis:
‘The question of whether or not a given state of facts brings the case within principles of the law of waiver is not always an easy one to determine. In Pabst Brewing Co. v. Milwaukee, 126 Wis. 110, 116, [105 N.W. 563] a statement of the principles which should govern in such cases, and which meets with our approval, is as follows: ‘It would seem that the more satisfactory ground on which to support the doctrine of waiver is that it is a rule of judicial policy, the legal outgrowth of judicial adhorrence, so to speak, of a person’s taking inconsistent positions and gaining advantages thereby through the aid of courts,–a rule by which, regardless [47 Haw. 249] of absence of any element of estoppel or consideration as those terms are popularly understood, the maxim that one shall not be permitted to blow hot, then with advantage to himself turn and blow cold, within limits sanctioned by long experience as required for the due administration of justice, has been prohibitively applied. * * *” Scott v. Pilipo, 25 Haw. 386, 391.
C. Obama’s waiver
Obama delivered a purported “original” copy of his COLB to FactCheck.org, and apparently other Internet media as well, see Exhibit B. Clearly, what Obama claimed was not true. The document he produced was not even remotely a copy of the original, typewritten 1961 paper in Dr. Fukino’s possession. Having (i) released what he claimed was the “original,” and (ii) having been found to have dissembled, Obama has waived any objections to release of the “real” original document.
In the words of Justice Lewis, Obama cannot be allowed to “blow hot” and then use the defendants as a beard to “blow cold.” He claimed his COLB was an “original,” when in fact it was a modern, laser-printed facsimile of official records (an “abstract”) and not even remotely a copy of the 1961 typewritten original. Since Obama has purported to disclose the “original,” he has placed the defendants’ copy of the “actual” original in the public domain for comparative purposes.
The defendants are now estopped from asserting that access should be denied to the 1961 typewritten original when Obama has expressly claimed that he published his “original” on the Internet, see Exhibit B (”FactCheck.org staffers have now seen, touched, examined and photographed the original birth certificate.”)
FactCheck.org’s statement was objectively and verifiably false. The law does not allow such a blatantly fraudulent maneuver to stand: the claim that the laser-printed document was an “original” 1961 document was obviously untrue. FactCheck.org may have been fooled; plaintiff was not (which is why he is respected nationally and internationally as an investigative writer and researcher, see Part V (A), infra).
It is unavoidably clear that Obama has sought to “blow hot” and then “blow cold.” He claimed his COLB was an “original,” when in a fact it was a modern, laser-printed facsimile from official records (an “abstract”) and not even remotely a copy of the 1961 typewritten original. Since Obama has purported to disclose the “original,” he has placed the “actual” original in the public domain for comparative purposes. The defendants are estopped from now asserting that access should be denied to the 1961 typewritten original.
The law does not permit a government agency to be used to shield fraudulent manipulation; the claim that the laser-printed document was an “original” 1961 document was obviously untrue. Obama, having waived access to the “original” by his own admission, the defendants cannot now turn his waiver on its head and say they will deny access to their copy of the original document.
Because his secrecy rights were waived by Obama himself in releasing the document, the defendants have no right to engage in further manipulation and legerdemain to provide political cover for management of the truth. That is not their role and, most egregiously, their actions are a clear misuse of the legislature’s intent in creating a basis for bona fide secrecy, but certainly not manipulative secrecy.
D. Fukino’s waiver
Defendant is a medical doctor and a custodian of health records. She is neither a political battering ram nor an agent of presidential politics. She solicited a role as the former while inserting herself in the latter.
In Justice Lewis’ language, Dr. Fukino can no more
“blow hot” and then “blow cold” than Obama. Exhibit A and other local coverage reflects that Fukino solicited coverage on the last weekend of the presidential election by purporting to express an expert opinion on a document that she refused to make public and where she was not remotely qualified as an expert. The original 1961 COLB may confirm what she claimed, or it may not. It may eliminate questions or it may raise new ones. We simply don’t know.
In a democracy, and under clear principles of Hawai’ian law stated below, we don’t have to take Fukino’s word for what the document is or contains; we have a right to examine the original.
Dr. Fukino cannot make declaratory statements about a public record and then refuse to allow the media to cross-examine her claims by examining the original document that she is discussing. She clearly manifested an attempt to use the statutory secrecy of her office for an improper and unlawful purpose, political manipulation. (Parenthetically, Fukino’s desperate last-minute efforts only confirm the strength and success of Plaintiff’s bona fide efforts to raise concerns about the manipulative actions of Hawai’i officials.)
If Fukino had merely exercised her right to go into the vault and examine the document in question, that would have in no way constituted a waiver. But she far exceeded her statutory duties, solicited massive media attention and interjected herself into political controversy and sought to bolster Obama on the final weekend of the election. That behavior blatantly exceeded both her statutory duties and professional competence, all while seeking to manipulate a document in her possession and control. The law does not allow a public official to so openly manipulate material and information in her possession.
Even if Obama had not already waived access to the material in Fukino’s possession, there is no way anyone can test the accuracy and veracity of Fukino’s unconditional claims without actually seeing the document concerning which she was offering testimony. Entirely and completely independently of Obama’s waiver, Fukino waived the secrecy provisions of the statute by her own conduct or misconduct.
E. Historical waiver
Whatever may have been the analytical principles applicable to determining access to the material in question prior to November 4th, it is clear that on November 4th the status of the documents changed from political records to historical documents. There is no way Hawai’i can justify imposing secrecy on material involving a prominent figure in American history.
No one can legitimately argue that someone is going to engage in identity theft and hold himself or herself out as “Barack Obama,” using and misusing the COLB. That contention is absurd on its face. So what is the basis to persist in concealing a document that has become controversial because of Parts C and D above? None whatsoever.
The statute in question was clearly intended to protect the privacy rights of private citizens, not to prevent access to vital historical material.
IV.
The statutory construction issue
A. The AG’s omitted/manipulated statutory language
The AG’s submission to this Court cited the relevant statutory language out of context and sought to turn the broad statutory language in exactly the opposite direction from the express language in the law itself. This legerdemain is unacceptable and should raise the eyebrows of the Court. Any time a public official cites a statute’s language out of context, a question is raised as to “why?”
The critical statutory language of HRS §338-18(b) that the AG omitted from its Motion to Dismiss states:
(b) The department shall not permit inspection of public health statistics records, or issue a certified copy of any such record or part thereof, unless it is satisfied that the applicant has a direct and tangible interest in the record. The following persons shall be considered to have a direct and tangible interest in a public health statistics record:

The statute then goes on to enumerate the list of persons cited by the AG. The AG’s omission of the introductory language to the section cited, when coupled with the AG’s attempts to alter the context of the statutory language, is a serious distortion of the law’s plain language.
Section 338-18(b) merely provides a list of persons who ipso facto are entitled to have a direct interest; by no reasonable reading can this language support the AG’s position that the list following the preamble is exclusive instead of exemplary.
The term “direct and tangible interest,” moreover, is not defined in the statute even though other critical terms are, see HRS §338-1. The omission of a definition of the term “direct and tangible interest,” when considered in the context of 338-1, shows conclusively that the legislature did not intend for the exemplars provided in the statute to be a self-limiting and exclusive list of persons entitled to access.
Indeed, the statute itself provides an open-ended opportunity for access in 18(b)(9) by vesting this Court with untrammeled and unrestrained authority to order access to any person on such terms as the Court considers just and appropriate. No one can reasonably argue that 338-18(b)(9) in any way contains or places any limiting language on the common law and common sense authority of this Court to grant relief pursuant to Subsection (9), see Part V (B), infra.
B. Hawai’i principles of statutory construction
In the absence of a statutory definition for “direct and tangible interest,” the court is left to fashion a definition or interpretation out of common language and common sense (see Part V (B), infra). As the Hawai’i ICA stated in Carlisle v. One (1) Boat, 118 Haw. 107, 185 P.3rd 855, 860 (Haw. ICA 2008):
A. Statutory Interpretation-Civil
Questions of statutory interpretation are questions
of law to be reviewed de novo under the right/wrong
standard.
Our statutory construction is guided by the following well established principles:
[When construing a statute,] our foremost obligation is to ascertain and give effect to the intention of the legislature, which is to be obtained primarily from the language contained in the statute itself. And we must read statutory language in the context of the entire statute and construe it in a manner consistent with its purpose.
When there is doubt, doubleness of meaning, or indistinctiveness or uncertainty of an expression used in a statute, an ambiguity exists.
In construing an ambiguous statute, the meaning of the ambiguous words may be sought by examining the context, with which the ambiguous words, phrases, and sentences may be compared, in order to ascertain their true meaning. Moreover, the courts may resort to extrinsic aids in determining legislative intent. One avenue is the use of legislative history as an interpretive tool.
This court may also consider the reason and spirit of the law, and the cause that induced the legislature to enact it to discover its true meaning.
Lingle v. Hawai‘i Gov’t Employees Ass’n, AFSCME, Local 152, 107 Hawai‘i 178, 183, 111 P.3d 587, 592 (2005) (internal quotation marks, brackets, and ellipses omitted) (quoting Guth v. Freeland, 96 Hawai‘i 147, 149-50, 28 P.3d 982, 984-95 (2001) ).
Is the underlying Health Act ambiguous? Plaintiff would argue that it is not. The statute clearly provides a list of persons or entities that are automatically entitled to access, but nowhere does the law state that the list is excusive.
The statute itself contains in Subsection (9), a wide-open grant of jurisdiction to order access to records based on any terms the Court finds just and reasonable. Nowhere is the Court’s power under Subsection (9) limited or confined. Clearly, the legislature was anticipating precisely such a case as this one, where a legitimate author (see Part V (A), infra) and columnist seeks access to what have now become vital records in American history.
Any reasonable construction of the statutory language would yield ineluctably to the conclusion that the legislature has provided broad powers to any court to allow access on terms the court believes are just and reasonable.
V.
The constitutional issues
A. The Plaintiff’s status
Plaintiff is a national and international authority on Obama. He authored the first commentary to raise questions about Obama’s family history, in 2004. He has authored a 400+ page best selling book, see Exhibit D attached hereto, “Obama: The Man Behind The Mask.”
He has been asked to opine about Obama locally, nationally and internationally, on television and radio.
Plaintiff is also very well known because he has dug deeply into Obama’s past and continually produced controversial interpretations of Obama’s heritage and life experiences, particularly in areas where Obama has sought to conceal or occlude his prior associations. Thus, by no means is Plaintiff only a member of the “general public” or someone who has not established both his own and his audience’s specialized interest in Obama.
B. The common law/constitutional right to access
Bona fide members of the media and authors such as Plaintiff enjoy a qualified constitutional and common law right to access vital public records. That general principle applies a fortiori to historical records concerning a President-elect of the United States.
The common law/constitutional right to access vital public records was explicitly set forth in two directly applicable Hawai’i Supreme Court cases, Honolulu Advertiser v. Takao, 59 Haw. 237, 580 P.2d 58 (Haw. 1978)(”Takao”), and Estate of Campbell, 106 haw. 453, 106 P.3rd 1096 (Haw. 2005)(”Campbell”).
A. Because the term “direct and tangible interest” is not defined in the statute, this Court can look to Takao, where the Court stated that “We construe the phrase ‘any party’ to mean any person who seeks the transcript for a legitimate and proper purpose.” 580 P.2d 61. Here, Plaintiff seeks access to the original typewritten 1961 COLB for what are facially “legitimate and proper purposes.”
B. Takao establishes an unequivocal common law right to copy public records, 580 P.2d 61. The common law right is critical because in Campbell the Supreme Court underscored that its decision rested on the common law and did not need to go to the extent of making a constitutional determination, 106 P.3rd 1108 fn. 26:
Additionally, inasmuch as our policy of judicial openness is rooted in the common law, see Takao, 59 Haw. at 239, 580 P.2d at 61 (concluding that the “public does generally have the right, established by the common law, to inspect and copy public records and documents, including judicial records”), we need not reach the issue of whether the right of access is also protected under both the federal and our state constitutions.

C. The Hawai’i Supreme Court decided an issue applicable above, namely how to construe the statute, in Campbell, 106 P.3rd 1101, where the Court stated:
Whether Appellants constitute “interested persons” as defined in HRS § 560:1-201 is a matter of statutory interpretation and therefore a question of law subject to de novo review. Ing v. Acceptance Ins. Co., 76 Hawai’i 266, 874 P.2d 1091 (1994). As oft-stated, “our primary duty [when interpreting statutes] is to ascertain and give effect to the intention of the legislature, which is obtained primarily from the language of the statute itself.” Id. at 270, 874 P.2d at 1095. We have also noted on several occasions that “where the language of the statute is plain and unambiguous, our only duty is to give effect to its plain and obvious meaning.” Id. (citing AIG Hawaii Ins. Co. v. Estate of Caraang, 74 Haw. 620, 634, 851 P.2d 321, 328 (1993)). In this case, the language of the relevant statutes is plain and unambiguous.
Plaintiff submits that the statute sub judice is equally “plain and unambiguous” in (i) placing no limits on the categories of persons entitled to access to records and merely providing an exemplary list of persons who receive automatic a priori access, and (ii) allowing a court to exercise its general jurisdiction concerning access determinations, as provided by Subsection (9). The Supreme Court also noted for purposes of this lawsuit that the general grant of jurisdiction under HRS §603-21.9 could be read in pari materia with Subsection (9) of the Health statute. 106 P.3rd 1107 fn. 21.
While the foregoing decisions did not involve access to a birth certificate, the broad constitutional right of access to public records fully encompasses the historical documents for which access is sought in this case.
VI.
The Uniform Information Practices Act
When this case began, Obama was a political figure. Today he is part of American history. Plaintiff would admit that as an abstract matter, it is a general canon of construction that the particular statute should control over the general. Thus, all other factors being equal or normal, HRS §338-18(b) would control over the UIPA, HRS §92F. The AG’s claim in this regard would not be out of line in an ordinary lawsuit.
But this is no longer an ordinary case involving an ordinary citizen. The COLB relates to a President-elect of the United States. HRS §338-18 was intended to apply to the common or garden-variety information of an ordinary private citizen or quasi-private citizen. Obama is no longer a private citizen or quasi-private citizen. He is a part of American history. As such, this Court can properly apply the broader disclosure provisions of the UIPA to the issues presented in this case.
Plaintiff is no longer seeking access to a private person’s personal records: he is seeking access to vital, original, historical documentation concerning the President-elect of the United States.
VII.
The Attorney General’s arguments
A. With due respect, the AG has filed a motion to dismiss raising various defenses. The disingenuousness of the AG’s arguments reflects a total lack of awareness of the post-November 4th reality, and bears no relationship to the foregoing principles and cases set forth in this Memorandum. The AG’s arguments will be addressed in turn.
B. The AG’s “standing” issue
1. The two “standing” cases cited by the AG have no relevance to the issues in this lawsuit. Where individuals seek to challenge governmental action, general standing principles apply. Here, an author seeks access to a public record that, on a number of grounds, is presumptively subject to inspection and copying, supra.
2. The cases cited by the AG also make no sense because, as shown in Plaintiff’s prior arguments, the Hawai’i Supreme Court has established “openness” as the standard and empowered the Court to adjudicate disputes concerning access, Campbell, supra. How could someone seeking access under statutes–Subsection (9) and the UIPA having vested courts with jurisdiction to hear disputes–not have standing to seek access through judicial relief? The AG’s standing claims border on nonsense.
C. The AG’s “failure to state a claim” issue
Based on the prior Hawai’i case law which Plaintiff has cited, the AG’s “failure to state a claim” argument is nonsense.
D. The AG’s “no right to obtain a vital record” issue
1. The federal case law cited by the AG is federal law. Plaintiff rests his entire claim on Hawai’i law. The previously cited Hawai’i Supreme Court’s decisions trump federal courts on questions of Hawai’i law and the power of this Court to grant relief.
2. The AG ignores the fact that in balancing the competing interests, Plaintiff is a legitimate author seeking access to a document of immense historical interest.
3. The AG seems to ignore (i) that Obama and Fukino have waived their claims, thereby at a minimum diluting their claims to privacy and (ii) a birth certificate with information 48 years old hardly constitutes “private” information, particularly when the person whose record is being sought has claimed to have already released “the original.”
E. The AG’s service of process issue
The Governor’s office (though not the Governor in person) was personally served with the papers in this lawsuit, as was the AG’s office. The AG trivializes the significance of this lawsuit and the important public issues presented by even raising such a defense. Moreover, Plaintiff’s Order to Show Cause (”OSC”), which was issued by the Court, was properly served on the AG and brings the AG before the Court on Plaintiff’s own moving papers.
By asking this Court to permit an expedited piggyback hearing and filing a motion to dismiss on a piggyback basis with Plaintiff’s own hearing, the AG may have waived any claim of lack of service. Otherwise, the AG can respond to the OSC and Plaintiff will object to a hearing on service of process when the time to serve process has not finally expired.
The AG is claiming on the one hand that it wants an expedited hearing for which it has been fully served, while on the other hand objecting to service of process. Does the AG want an expedited hearing with actual notice, or is it going to litigate some form of hypothetical notice that it is claiming?
Plaintiff has requested clarification from the AG as to whether that office is going to pursue that claim in light of the video evidence of service of process.
Finally, the AG’s office has failed to respond to Plaintiff’s UIPA demand, attached hereto as Exhibit E. The Court should draw a very serious adverse inference from the AG’s silence and lack of any response to UIPA, Ramil v. Keller, 68 Haw. 608, 726 P.2d 254 (Haw. 1986); Stender v. Vincent, 92 Haw. 355, 992 P.2d 50 (Haw. 2000). Will there have to be a second round of UIPA litigation? The AG has been silent.
The fact that the AG is reduced to making trivial defenses shows the paucity of substance in the arguments it is presenting in opposition to Plaintiff’s powerful and overwhelming case for access.
CONCLUSION
As the foregoing facts establish, there has been a blatant attempt to distort, mislead, misrepresent and manipulate a vital record establishing Mr. Obama’s birth. For some reason he does not want the original COLB to see the light of day. Why?
Whatever the Court’s view of the statutory language concerning an ordinary private citizen, those views must now yield to the imperatives of history: the documents being sought now relate to American history and must be disclosed on that basis to media and scholars such as Plaintiff.
The legislature never intended that personal privacy for ordinary citizens could be used to prevent access to vital records of American history.
A reader is left with the unavoidable, nagging question: What does Obama have to hide, that he has put Plaintiff and the American people through a lawsuit to see the original, typewritten 1961 COLB? That question will be answered some day, in some way.
As Plaintiff shows above, this Court has the power to make the disclosure decision now. Most respectfully this Court is asked to do so forthwith. How can a President of the United States establish his legitimacy as a leader when he is hiding original documents about his life and origins? How?
Merely to reflect on the underlying odor of this lawsuit compels the question, “What are they trying to hide?” What? The defendants’ evidence on that question is what authors, researchers, writers and columnists such as the Plaintiff have a constitutional right to examine and answer.
This Court should answer the threshold question by directing prompt disclosure to Plaintiff of the requested materials.
At the end of the day this lawsuit represents a test of and challenge to Hawaii’s state governmental institutions and governing philosophy: is Hawai’i going to recognize and respect its obligations to history, or is the state government going to be run as a private club that conceals what may be unpleasant but what is nevertheless vital historical evidence?
Hawai’i, by an accident of history, has become the repository of what are now crucial historical records concerning the origins of a President. Under any reasonable interpretation of research and inquiry, such historical documents should be available to inspection and copying by the media and recognized writers/researchers such as Plaintiff. The Court should respect these imperatives and tell the defendants to stop stalling and release the records to the Plaintiff.

Facts to consider regarding the whole controversy of the current Presumed President Elect.

When you look at the controversy surrounding the possible eligibilty discussion for Barack Obama to be elected by the Electoral College on December 15th, regardless of your particular leaning on this subject, there are compelling reasons to be concerned about the swirl of lawsuits and speculation surrounding the President Elect.

1. We have a man that has posted a Certificate of Live Birth on a website (the certificate number is blacked out), there is controversy to say the least that this certificate is suspect. (I for one am not saying it is a fake, I am saying it is a "short" form- the kind that does not list hospital and doctors etc and it lends itself to questions of authenticity)
2.. Regardless of the vast number of Internet rumors and stories, no one has established that this is in fact a Birth Certificate indicating the name of the hospital that Barack Obama was born in.. The two entities that "defend" the prospect that this short certificate is in fact authentic have debatable relationships to Barack Obama.- factcheck.org and snopes.
3.. We know that there exists somewhat of a nationwide Internet frenzy of curiosity regarding the authenticity of a real long form birth certificate for Barack Obama.
4. We know for a fact that Barack Obama has elected to fight in court on every occasion to PREVENT U.S. Citizens from seeing a copy of his "Original" Vault Certified original birth certificate.
5. We know for a fact that no one can agree on which hospital Mr. Obama was born in Hawaii. His sister claimed it was one, Mr. Obama claimed it was another.
6.. We know for some mysterious reason that absolutely no record has been presented to the public regarding either hospital of Barack's birth.
7.. We know for a fact, that Mr. Obama has attempted in every court case to disqualify the plaintiff requesting a copy of the certificate based on the plaintiff not having "standing" to request a copy of the certificate.

8. We know that the governor of Hawaii has placed a seal on Obama's real birth certificate and that one does exist in their vaults, but we do NOT know for a fact if it establishes his birth place in Hawaii.
9. We know based on Obama's intense commitment to dismiss every and all cases, that there is a cloud of controversy surrounding this issue.
10. We know that the plaintiffs in several of the lawsuits have extensive research backgrounds into Obama's heritage and have come to the same conclusion: that Obama "may" have been born outside of the U.S just a matter of a few days before he came to the U.S. with his mother.
11. We know for a fact, that this claim is the primary basis for most lawsuits.
12. We know Hawaii will print a Certificate of Live Birth for someone not born in Hawaii and allow it to be used for a COLB, and we further know that Hawaii makes two distinctions in their birth certificates, those actually born on Hawaiian soil, and those born off the island that simply request a certificate of live birth. (as in the case of perhaps a child born in Kenya 2 days prior to arrival in the U.S.)
13. We know for a fact that this case stands before the U.S. Supreme Court with a Writ having been submitted to Obama by Justfice Souter. (see my earlier blogs for the case numbers)
14.. We know for a fact that according to Hawaii Statutes, the primary reason they do not just release birth certificates to just anyone is to prevent "identify theft" -

Regardless of whether you are one of the millions would like to get to the bottom of this, you surely will agree that it is ironic that this Presidential Candidate is figthing every suit he can to keep ANYONE in American from seeing his original birth certificate.
15. We know for a fact that this case is still up for Obama to respond to a Writ by Justice Souter (SCOTUS) by December 1. If he has not responded by then, Justice Souter may just drop the Writ requirement, there is no legal court order existing for him to reply to the Writ. Then again, Chief Justice Souter may involve the other Justices to bring this matter before an actual hearing of the U.S. Supreme Court- (this has not yet happened)
Since Obama is and has been using legal procedure to block release of his certificates and not the merits of these various lawsuits.it continues to cause many Americans concern that he could perhaps be hiding something. It may be something as minor as the statement about his father's race listed as "African" in 1961, it could be something else. Who know- perhaps we will eventually see his original vault birth certificate.

News Blackout continues regarding Obama Lawsuit scheduled for Nov 18th in Hawaii Court of Appeals

The Constitutional crisis continues to build regarding the upcoming Electoral College for President Elect Barack Houssein Obama. One of the most significant lawsuits surrounding the secrecy of the identity of Barack Obama is the one regarding a request for a vault certified original certificate from the State of Hawaii. This lawsuit like the others around the country would have never been filed if our President Elect had not fought in court to have these records sealed.
We as Americans have not one time been allowed to see his original birth certificate to prove his qualification for the office of the President. We have been given the "spin" from sites like factcheck.org that would maintain we are just pushing an internet hoax- but I have news for factcheck.org- hoaxes do not make their way to the United States Supreme Court for consideration, nor do hoaxes get scheduled for hearings on November 18th, at 10:30 am in the Hawaii Court of Appeals. This is real and this is very possible Constitutional crisis in this country whether the media refuses to cover it or not.

Below is a copy of the filing before the Hawaii Court of Appeals (Judge Bert I Ayabe). This hearing is slated for the morning of November 18th, 2008 at 10:30am. If the plaintiff Mr. Andy Martin prevails, America will prevail as America will be allowed to settle once and for all whether or not Mr. Obama is a qualified candidate to be elected on December 15 during the Electoral College. I have never been "opposed" to the electoral process of electing Senator Obama, I am just one of millions of Americans that do not like to see people use deception to win elections, or use deception to harm others. This man has chosen to have his records sealed, has chosen to fight in court to allow not even one single American to see his original birth certificate. This can only lead to rumor and speculation that there may perhaps be a reason for a candidate to fight to keep his records sealed.
I also think there is an irony regarding his battle to keep his records sealed in that CNN has reported that if you plan on working in his administration, you should be prepared to "bare it all" for the Obama camp. You must submit to background checks, list all social sites, list gun ownership, list any litigious relationships you may have- the list goes on and on. We as Americans cannot seem to produce one American that Senator Obama will not say has "standing" before a court to prove that one person in the entire United States of America who has a legal right to demand that he simply produce a vault original birth certificate.
It still seems like we as Americans are living in a science fiction movie (or some kind of dream) where no one can get a copy of his birth certificate.

Please pray for this country on November 18th that the right decision will be made by the Hawaii Court. Please pray for this country that truth will prevail and we can move past this.

Plaintiff ANDY MARTIN (”Plaintiff”), pro se, alleges in his Complaint for Declaratory Judgment against the Defendants as follows:

PARTIES, JURISDICTION AND VENUE

Plaintiff ANDY MARTIN is the author of a book on Senator Barack Obama (”Senator Obama”). He has also been writing columns and commentary about the senator for over four (4) years.
Defendants LINDA LINGLE and DR. CHIYOME FUKINO are Governor and Director of the Department of Health, respectively.
This Complaint for Declaratory Relief and these proceedings are instituted pursuant to § 632-1, Hawai’i Revised Statutes.
Venue is proper in this Court pursuant to § 603-36, Hawaii Revised Statutes.

STATEMENT OF CLAIM

1. Plaintiff requested a certified copy of the birth certificate of Senator Obama from the Department of Health and tendered the requisite fee.
2. Defendants refused to provide a copy of said certificate, invoking the confidentiality statutes of the State.
3. The issue of the Senator’s birth certificate has become a controversial topic of intense national speculation.
4. As an author who strives for factual accuracy and attempts to conduct thorough research Plaintiff wants a copy of the Senator’s birth certificate attested to by the State and not a “certificate” which is posted on a web site and which has been debunked as possibly having been altered.
5. One of the more literate and temperate analyses of the unlawfulness of the Defendants’ refusal to issue certified copies of the birth certificate is contained in Exhibit 1 attached hereto.
6. To the extent that the Defendants’ files contain or retain original supporting data for the birth certificate, Plaintiff asks that he also be supplied with that information and/or material as well.
7. It is axiomatic that the birth certificate of a presidential candidate is a document of crucial public concern and significance.
8. While Hawai’i statutes call for a balancing or weighing test where production is considered by a court, most respectfully Plaintiff submits that the balance falls entirely on the side of disclosure where the original birth certificate of a presidential candidate is concerned.

DECLARATORY RELIEF SOUGHT

9. Based on the relevant statutes and constitutional law, including Article One, Section 4 (”freedom of the press”) and § 92F-15 (e) and § 338-18 (a) (9), Plaintiff asks that the Court direct and order defendants to turn over forthwith a copy of Senator Obama’s birth certificate and related files and records, and without any delay.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff Andy Martin prays for relief as follows:
A. For a declaration by this Court that Plaintiff is an author and writer and is a person to whom the birth certificate of Senator Obama can and should properly be delivered forthwith;
B. For such other relief as this Court deems just and equitable.

Media Blackout Continues while former Candidate Alan Keyes has now filed suit against Obama

All major news outlets including the mainstream TV media are continuing their news blackout regarding the millions of Americans that are outraged over Senator Obama's simple refusal to produce a Vault Certified Birth Certificate.
Now Presidential Candidate Alan Keyes has filed suit on November 14th in the Superior Court of the State of California. He is suing Governor Arnold along with the Secretary of State to have them certify that the candidate they will certify is in fact a Natural Born U.S. Citizen.

Many accusations have been made by millions of Americans like me that continue to blog about this issue, but I want to be very clear to everyone about my concerns.
I am only concerned that when the Electoral College convenes and votes on December 15th 2008, that they will be voting on a candidate that is Constitutionally qualified to serve as our President.

I continue to ask- Why would a man running for President continue lawsuit after lawsuit to fight on procedural grounds to keep his original birth certificate sealed? Why not just do what every Presidential Candidate as far back as Americans have cared- to simply produce his original birth certificate? What could a man be hiding that he does not want America to see that document?

When he flew to Hawaii prior to the election, he could have spent a few dollars, run by the records house in his motorcade, produced a vault certified copy of his birth certificate and ended this ridiculous charade, but what did he do- he contacted the governor and requested for her to keep his records sealed!

We now have a suit before the U.S. Supreme Court, one to be re-heard on Nov 18th in Hawaii, and several throughout the U.S. in addition to this one from Alan Keyes.

Obama- please quit hiding behind your attorneys and legal maneuvers, - just show us your original birth certificate and be done with this.

Obama Lawsuit is now at the Supreme Court - News Blackout Continues

Well, it has now been over 30 days since the news blackout began regarding any mainstream media coverage of most important legal/constitutional issue facing this nation in this century- the eligibility of a President Elect to be elected by the Electoral College on December 15, 2008.
The President Elect has fought lawsuits from his "supposed" birthplace in Hawaii, to several states throughout the United States -for ONE reason- to prevent Americans from seeing his original Vault Copy of his Birth Certificate. Why has a man running for president chosen to fight every lawsuit with a request to "Dismiss" the lawsuits asking for a public copy of his birth certificate?
Ladies and Gentlemen, I am not a radical, nor am I opposed to Senator Obama being elected as our President as long as he is constitutionally qualified as a natural born citizen of the United States (Article 2 of our Constitution). Why I ask anyone, would a man running for President - who has a degree in Constitutional Law- fight in courts around the country to prevent the viewing of his original vault certified copy of his birth certificate if he does not have something to hide?

Well, the mainstream media continues the complete and total news blackout regarding the constitutional crisis facing America as a Vice Presidential Candidate Wiley Drake has now filed suit against Barack Hussein Obama to prove he is a natural born citizen and qualified to run for President in the U.S.

There may be violence in the streets depending on mass reaction to actions which may affect the Obama Presidency. Could we have violence in the streets as a result of this election or surrounding any constitutional complexities regarding the election? I believe so. I believe expectations have been made so high regarding the possibility of "change" in this election that I fear serious reactions to letdown after the election, not only from the Obama Camp, but also from any letdown from the actual electoral process.

This is my first post in 2 years.

My grandson was required to show a certified copy of his birth certificate to sign up to play soccer just two months ago. I am happy to say that no one in our family filed a lawsuit to block his soccer team from seeing a copy of his "certified" birth certificate.

I am a middle of the road, married, college educated business man that is outraged that the entire national media has completely blocked all news coverage of Barack Obama's suits to prevent anyone from seeing his "certified" birth certificate. (There has been one talk show exception: Michael Savage- thank you Mr. Savage for helping to cover this story.

Fellow citizens, regardless of who you support for president- please ask yourself "do you want a President that would use the Chief Counsel for the Counsel For American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) to seek to dismiss a lawsuit requesting a copy of Obama's certified birh certificate? Does that not remind you of other countries in history?
The attorney's name is Joe Sandler (sandler@sandlerreifff.com) Obama is fighting in court to prevent Americans from seeing a certified copy of this birth certificate. Why would he use legal loopholes to attempt to dismiss this suit? I have written Fox News, and others to no avail- no one will cover the story that this has already been to the Supreme Court of the State of Hawaii (Oct 22nd 2008) and the Governor of Hawaii (on the day Barack visited Hawaii- hmm) issued an order to "seal" Barack's birth certifcate. The day Obama arrived in Hawaii is the day the governor issued the order to seal his birth certificate. Obama delayed his trip to Hawaii for 3 days ( I believe waiting for Mr. Berg- the plaintiff in the suit- to leave Hawaii). If his grandmother was really on her death bed- why didn't Barack take his daughter and wife to see this deathly ill loved one? It surely wasn't because their was not room on his private jumbo jet.
America needs real news coverage on this story. They need at least ONE investigative reporter in the entire United States of America that has the courage to research this. What about his connections to "Factcheck.org" there is a direct trail leading you to the Obama campaign. The media assumes factcheck.org is God or something- but they are connected to the Obama camp if anyone does their homework. What about someone covering Frank Marshall Davis? What about Indonesia? Where is any open minded journalism.
The media claims people like me are nuts.
Perhaps there are 100 or so million other nuts out there that will join with me to demand the truth about this candidate and more importantly, the truth from out media.

Last comment- any headlines that may be slipping out of the small media outlets are saying Obama's birth certificate suit and eligibility suit were dismissed on the lack of merit. Again- coverup- the suit was dismissed on a technicality- read the suit- the judge claimed that Mr. Berg did not have "standing" before the court to request proof that Obama qualifies to run for office. The judge ran out the clock for 2 months to decide Mr. Berg did not have "standing" - again more news coverup and more news blackout- WAKE UP AMERICA!!

The media blackout continues over the coverage regarding Barack Obama's ineligibility to run for the office of President of the United States!
I spent 2 hours tonight doing web searches all over the web and not one news source anywhere in America ever covered the fact that there was a huge rally today at the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court to show support for the lawsuit presented to the Court demanding Obama produce his credentials to run for president of the United States! Mr. Berg filed an emergency writ this afternoon at 3:15 pm to stay the election and the media said nothing about it. Say what you will,but this is the most blatant news coverup in U.S. history. Please spread the word to your news media, friends to demand that this news be reported

Supreme Court filing -requesting Obama to prove eligability to run for President

It has now been 48 hours since an emergency appeal was filed at the Supreme Court by a "Democrat" seeking an emergency ruling to delay the election - it is a bit more complicated than that of course. The interesting thought behind this is that the media continues to stay in complete blackout regarding this historic event. Here we are 3 days before a major election and our Supreme Court is looking into the qualifications of the Democratic Presidential Candidate!
Now, I am mostly posting this for my own journal of these event, but if anyone stumbles across this blog, please note - I am not a way off right winger- nor am I junkie of this kind or material. I have a degree in History along side Political Science and I not any kind of fanatic. Quite the contrary, I am just an everyday kind of guy- a hard working family man that likes to spend every bit of spare time helping others change their lives.
What I have found completely fascinating about this case is that that I never believed that America would take on such fascist ideas in such a short amount of time. Just last week- Glen Beck got ripped off the air by CNN without so much as a goodbye. I have not yet gathered all the fact- I will though- surround the supposed new 19% ownership in Fox by Islamic Arab investors.
My wife and I have spent a bit of time each night as we begin to wind down by checking out some of the key words on the internet like- Obama, birth certificate, U.S. Supreme Court, lawsuit, election etc. and you can only find info on personal web sites and blogs. Although we have found one site that has recorded over 50 million hits just in the last few weeks regarding this historic event.
NO news media in all of America is covering one single word about a pending case before the U.S. Supreme Court to disqualify a candidate 3 days before the election.
I have read blog after blog regarding the conspiracy nuts and the fact that www.factcheck.org insists that Barack is qualified to run. How about looking at the background of factcheck.org and you will find Obama and his campaign is joined at the hip with this group. Perhaps that is why they are so adamant about defending their boy.
Factcheck- check this out- Barack Obama hired the head counsel of the Counsel for American Islamic Relations to ARGUE before the court to have the case dismissed requesting simply a birth certificate. Pennsylvania case 08-4083.
What could possibly be wrong with Obama producing a certificated birth certificate for the court and for the American people? Why go to the expense and possible public backlash to prevent such a simple request if this candidate does not have something to hide?
Regardless of my political leanings- I ask myself and I ask any readers- why would a man running for President allow people to be exposed to a disputed copy of a birth certificate that you post on the net for the whole world to see- and then turn around in court and fight in court to have a cse dismissed requesting your birth certificate? This make no sense- and if he has nothing to hide-, then this type of legal maneuver could only make your polls go down not up -because Americans are people that like to get to the bottom of things. Then we do and it is over.
Why would a presidential candidate argue in 8 civil cases around the United States to request the judges in all 8 cases- to dismiss the cases- every case on a technicality- "over who has standing to sue"?. Why would Barack Hussein Obama fight a former Assistant Attorney General of Pennsylvania- who is a Democrat- and try to have his attorneys argue that this man does not have "standing" to request proof that Obama is qualified to run for President?
Bear in mind that in every one of Obama's 8 lawsuits- 9 now with the Supreme Court- in every case his defense team is fighting on a technicality. Not one of them are fighting on the merits of the cases. Why?
This is NOT a right wing- Republican led conspiracy ladies and gentlemen. This started out in August during the Democratic primary when a Democrat wanted to know if money and time he had donated to the campaign was well spent. That is is his injury- he has put time and money behind a candidate that refuses to disclose proof of his candidacy.
Aside this from this single argument. Check me out- see if you can find any of the following?

(there is alot of dfference between a certificate of live birth and a birth certificate- you can be born in a foreign country, arrive in the U.S. and apply for a certificate of live birth- but it is not the same as a birth certificate.

I did find Michelle's thesis- WOW! it scared me to death- on black power and militant black supremacy- VERY SCARY- Took me hours to read it and absorb it. If we have a "First Lady" that has these thoughts in her mind- and expresses them- we as Americans are in real trouble if the Obama's are elected.

Will the news media touch this? Not if any of them want to keep their jobs.

A Tortilla Chip Addict tries the Idiot Proof Diet

On June 13th, 2006, my wife asked me to join her in a diet she thought we could handle- one for idiots. Sounded fine to me, since I do not like diets. The only one that has ever worked for me as a full out carbohydrate addict (mostly Tortilla chips, Lays Wavy, Pretzels, especially Cheetos Crunchy) was the Atkins Diet. Atkins really helped me lose weight, but it was a constant struggle trying to get enough protein to fill me up. The other struggle was that I kept the cravings.
I have always been very active and had not gotten too overweight until in the last couple of years. Through a series of misfortunes, I wound up with a 2" Titanium plate in my neck, 6 long screws, and a bone fusion to 3 vertabras that did not go well. After a year and a half, I am in constant pain, barely like to walk fast as it jars my head.
Anyway, here I am, not able to exercise much and slowly gaining weight.
Week one on June 13th, I weighed in at 204 pounds. I had been at 203-205 for about 2 weeks.
About a week into the diet, I had lost 8 pounds, but really found it hard to believe and remained skeptical. However, by the end of the cycle (11 days) I was holding at 194.
I am now on day 3 on the second cycle after a 3 day break (where I could eat whatever I wanted). On June 29th, I was at 190. On June 30th, I was still at 190. I am kind of stuck here, but so far after 18 days, I have lost 14 pounds.
Other than the irritation of having to sit in front of the TV and surf the web instead of eating chips in the evenings, I am amazed at how I have done with the 4 meal approach to the diet. I honestly have not had one single "spell" where my stomach growled, or I was "hungry" on the diet.
You are supposed to go at least 2.5 hours between meals and never eat until you feel stuffed, just eat until you are full. Another amazing aspect of the diet has been that I have found myself getting so busy with life that I look up and realize that I am way beyond the time when I should have taken another meal. This is allowing me to experience a new freedom from hunger pangs and freedom from food cravings that I have never enjoyed as an adult.
When I took off the 3 days where you can eat what you want, I found myself snacking on fresh fruit, or cheese or something. I ate one meal with Mexican food and a ton of Tortilla chips, but for the first time in perhaps over 30 years, I left Mexican food on my plate rather than stuffing it into my mouth. I really enjoyed the feeling of power I had over my appetite.
The meals, are flat out strange combinations, but I have examined the menus enough to know that there is an excellent balance between fruits, green vegatables, cheeses, and oh yes, those wonderful proteins like Tuna, Flounder, Turkey, chicken and nuts.
So far so good with the diet. (And I have been unable to exercise much at all). I recommend it to anyone to try- it does not cost much and the foods are obviously good for you.
Update July 6th, weight at 187. Net loss to date: 17 pounds

My personal experience with Islam

Perhaps one of the most captivating subjects that occupies my mind is the subject of "Islam" and impact it has had on our society and the impact it will continue to have regardless of how anyone tries to ignore it or confront it.

Having been a history major in college over 30 years ago, I encountered Islam as I was studying world history. I learned first at that time that it was the fastest growing world religion. I suppose that in my "Americanized" view of the world, and having been a Christian for over 10 years, I thought Christianity might be the fastest growing religion. I never gave it a great deal of thought over the years until I began to experience it "firsthand" in the various foreign countries I began to travel to in the 90's.

The primary reason for this concern is two-fold. (1) Because I have had extensive travel experience in Muslim countries in both hemispheres for over 10 years, and I have seen what has happened to these countries, their people, their freedoms, their way of life. (2) I have extensive educational experience with both Islam and Christianity. I attended Christian seminaries in graduate school here in the U.S. for several years. I have been taught in Pakistan and Nigeria by experienced Islamic Clerics and I have studied the Koran for several years. I have begun the research process for a comparative paper on Christianity and Islam.

Islam is a totalitarian life concept which not only embodies a religion, but an economic system, a political system, and a military system. It has essentially become a growing ravenous cancer to our global society whether we realize it or not. Any country that allows Islam to take root will ultimately have civil war take place between Muslims and everyone else.

At this point, I must stop and remind any reader that this has nothing to with "hate" or any bad feelings I have toward any Muslim. In fact, I am on good terms with every Muslim I know. I have never knowingly insulted one, I have never been "angry" with one. I have had hundreds of hours of passionate dialog with Muslims and Muslim Clerics most of which were spent in Pakistan, on the Afghanistan border, Nigeria, or Guyana.

So my concern with Islam is that is simply like a global disease that is killing, maming, destroying people, beliefs, economies, countries, and freedom all over the world.

In fact I would like to challenge any reader that has been to Pakistan, any Middle Eastern Country, virtually any African Country, to honestly evaluate if you do not reach similar conclusions to mine.

Go spend 7 days in Abuj Nigeria, where I have spent countless days. Go spend 7 days in Lagos Nigeria (where I have made countless trips of several days at a time). Your first task will be to survive, and then see what Islam has done to these countries.

I dare you go to Islamabad Pakistan and go any streetcorner and simply "laugh" out loud. It is against the law there to show emotion of that nature. I was arrested in Pakistan and almost put to death over a misunderstanding at a local Mosque in Peshawar Pakistan.

Honestly I struggle with keeping a positive optimistic view of the future knowing that there is a global enemy which has had almost 1500 years to learn barbaric warfare methods, hatred, and is being coddled by the American media. It is like living in a wooden home infested with Termites and I am forbidden from doing anything about the problem.

I sometimes wish that no one in Congress could have a right to vote on any matters related to Islam without first having to be "prequalifed" to vote by having spent 30 days within the past 5 years in an Islamic Country. I am confident that once any legislator has seen or experienced a fraction of what I have seen in these countries they would have a new appreciation for the global threat of Islam.
